Your employee threatened my mother and uncle with a bat. I may have to go visit with law enforcement when I get off work.I have no clue what business you are running over there but I have had enough of the complaints.

Sadly, Sentry priced themselves out of receiving my business. Prices steadily went up, quality of facility and customer service steadily went down. Super management, Wayne is always on point and happy to assist. The facility is always spotless and grounds well maintained. I routinely go here in the wee hours and have never felt unsafe in the least. Rates tend to increase somewhat frequently but I assume that's probably the case elsewhere as well. Centrally located for my needs, great CS and secure 24hr access make this place tough to beat.

Standing in Sentry Self Storage now and Bruce is one of the most kind individuals I've encountered while doing business! During these trying times it's amazing to run into good souls, truly helpful and glad we did business with these folks.

Pleasant and well-informed staff. The manager was very friendly and gave me all the information I needed. I have visited this location in the past and wasn't very impressed. They really made up for it this time around. I would highly recommend this storage facility for all your moving needs. I. E. Packing supplies, rental trucks, self storage units if you're in or around West Brandon Ybor area.
