I have been staying here for a few weeks and plan to stay for a lot longer. Enjoy the peaceful surrounding grounds and lakes. Karen and Mike have been great, always ready to help when needed. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained. Looking forward to my long-term stay!

We stayed for a month for my husbands job, hated to leave. Karen and Mike are super nice and friendly. They have a fire pit with a grill, fishing pond, laundry, dog park and restrooms available, everything is neat and clean. Their are deer in the field also!.

On a short notice request for a three (3) night stay, Karen was very personal and professional. She made every effort to accommodate us and followed up with a call when a space became available. Very satisfied with the assistance provided by Karen & Mike. Both have a 100% positive attitude and attention to details that was above our expectations. Yes, sites are tight for our 38’ Class A but fully acceptable given the in town location. Great place for our visit with family in the Louisville & New Albany area. We’ll be back!’

Good communication prior to arrival. We stayed one night after purchasing our travel trailer at Cunningham Campers just down the street. Upon arrival we got a warm greeting and assistance with parking. Clean restrooms with showers. Located near shopping, gas stations and restaurants. We had full hook ups.

We had a great experience here. It’s nice to see that they are maintaining and taking care of the facility while at our stay they added a small dog park have a small community area with a fire pit and some chairs. They painted the main building and also painted the restrooms and laundry. There’s also a catch and release pond the only downfall That I see are the sites are on top of each other.

Karen & Mike are great, very helpful. They inherited an RV park which needs updates & are working on a dog park & a picnic area We had a great site with a large grassy area which was a nice spot for us & our dogs to sit in the sun camp hosts karen & Mike are quick to address any problems/issues that may arise. We were at the park during an unusual rainy season lots of water run off but the park is gravel so mud wasn’t an issue for us we lost power once (d/t a car hitting a post outside of the park) the hosts were quick to address it & gave updates also karen is awesome at informing park guests of happenings at the park although there are a lot of amenities on site Cunninghams RV is right across the street for supplies etc. There is not a propane service on site unless you rent a tank from the local Suburban propane (they only fill their tanks on site) it’s a short drive to TSC Ace Hardware etc to fill your propane There is a large pond surrounded by undeveloped land that is very pretty & you’ll see lots of deer & small creatures (rabbit fox & fish on the pond) it’s nice as is but will probably be developed to attract recreational campers currently it is a park predominately full of traveling workers (long term workers) & their families which was very different from our previous stays in RV parks though we are travel healthcare workers too! There is some shopping & lots of restaurants nearby and again special Thanks to Karen & Mike Jeanette & Jack and Melody

this is the 2nd year we have stayed at this campground while visiting family in the area. It's convenient to all kinds of shopping and restaurants as well as sightseeing. Although it's made up of mostly full timers, it feels safe and is quiet. The new park hosts, Karen and Mike couldn't be nicer. They go out of their way to help you with anything you might need. Hopefully the new owners will add some sites for people just traveling thru the area and need a spot for a night or so.

Karen cannot get any sweeter and more helpful. She and her hubs are the best. Neighbors are great. Beautiful campgrounds and great facilities if your camper has a problem.
