I grew up going here every year as a child. The owners knew our family as the "Molina Family." They watched us grow up year after year and always cared for us and treated us with respect. Lake George Camping Village is a staple part of my childhood memories. I live far away now, but would love for my own children to experience what I experienced here. Truly a beautiful family business.

Had a pleasant time camping here in October. the campground is nice, staff friendly, and the cabins/grounds are clean and accommodating. Great location not far from the village yet secluded enough in the woods. Only con would be some of the sites are a bit close to each other but it varies. Enjoyed my time and will definitely return.

We stayed at the beginning of the off-season (mid-October) in one of the small cabins. It was truly a delightful experience. The staff were great, from the prep-email communications and calling to let us share late checkin procedures (we didn’t get there till right before 7 pm) to letting us know what what happening in town during our stay. The campground’s location was perfect to enjoy activities all along Lake George/the lower Adirondack’s. The cabin (25) was fantastic, couldn’t have asked for more. The restrooms were clearly cleaned regularly, even with constantly leaves tracked in, etc. ☺️ I have already recommended this campground to all my friend and hope to rebook the same long weekend next October!!

Beginning of off-season and had a wonderful experience. Management and maintenance staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, never have I had this kind of effort put forth at a campground to ensure we were taken care of. Some sites are close but wooded enough that they feel private. We will definitely be booking here any time we're visiting Lake George with the camper in tow.

We booked a cabin for a few nights and although one of the days was probably the coldest and wettest day the whole summer we still had a great time!! At the main barn area there was ping pong, a pool table, corn hole a playground for the kids which included a giant volleyball pit and a basketball court and a tv amongst many other games. The kids swam and played outside despite the rain and we hung out inside with food and drinks and were able to watch the Yankees game while playing ping pong or whatever else. It was amazing. The cabin we stayed in was also perfect for our family of 5. Everyone slept great and the cabin stayed warm despite chillier temperatures at night and had it been warm there was an air conditioner available. We will definitely be staying there again.

We had such an amazing time our cabin was beautiful and in a great location! The kids loved the pool we will definitely be back next summer, I highly recommend camping here. Also the staff were great we were having some issues with our WiFi in our cabin a very nice gentleman came up right away to check it out! Thanks for everything we will see you next summer 😊

We stayed here unexpectedly on a whim when another campground was sub-par. This campground is fantastic! Lots of things for kids to do, pool was clean and warm, rec room was fun, laundry convenient. My only negative was the upper showers are dated and could really use an overhaul. Otherwise, wonderful place to stay!

We had site 111 which is a very nice and large site with no neighbors. You are close to the road but I enjoy the white noise that the road offers, so I don’t mind lol. The water pressure was not the best but it helps conserve water, so 🤷🏼♀️. The sewer connection wouldn’t screw in properly and is at an angle. I think adding an elbow to make it straight up would help. We had lots of shade and never had to run the A/C which is always nice. Make a wide turn when pulling into the park, we saw many people bottom out and you can see the scrapes on the pavement where others have done the same. The roads are gravel and steep in some spots but we didn’t have issues. The park is huge and offers many ways to camp. Everything was clean. The pool looked awesome. There’s laundry in multiple spots of the park. Very cheap too! You’re close to Lake George Village but you’re just outside the madness. Overall it’s a really nice park. The employees we encountered were nice too.

Awesome camping spot! Very quiet and decently spread out. Shop had ice cream and snacks along with other camping needs. Staff were friendly too. The pool was very clean and was heated. There was a playground area off to the side and a few tennis courts as well. Showers, bathrooms and washing machines were at the main building and spread out along the road. Coffee was nice in the mornings. I enjoyed my stay, the only negative is that the firewood they sell doesn’t burn very well.

We camped here last July and the photos on the website look NOTHING like the park itself. It has No store to speak of , the playground area is not maintained, most of the machines in the arcade were broken and there is no one in the gate house as pictured on website either. The site was large enough but Nothing in the campground is marked you have literally NO CLUE where the sites are as they mark the pedestals and it is not visible to the road. And god help you if you come in at night as you will NEVER find your site , most sites back up to steep drop offs as well, had it not been for my husband the young couple who pulled in next to us around 10pm would have been over the embankment and there is nothing on the sites stopping this from happening. Maybe at one time this was a very nice campground and its not awful but they really need to update it and mark their roads and if they are going to represent it by their pictures on their website they need to do some work. We were sadly disappointed and would not camp at it again. Also the road noise is very loud if your upfront thats out of their control but just so you are aware. There are better campgrounds in the area that do not misrepresent themselves by misleading pics of upkept property that simply isnt true. I always say read these reviews and go by them we have had the misfortune of bypassing the bad reviews only to be stuck at campgrounds that are not good.
