Gets stuff pretty dirty being stored there. Have to clean every time before use. The base and gravel surface for parking generates a lot of base sediment dust on what's stored there. Also, have had some stuff stolen. It's close and affordable, so it works. Huge place, nice size spaces too. Not sure if it's staffed/monitored, we auto pay.

I stored my van at Steve’s Round Rock location for 6 months and felt like it was very secure with the locked gate and multiple cameras pointing in every direction. You get 24 hour access with assigned codes. I had to contact Steve just to have help setting up payments and he was very responsive and immediately helpful. Notice to cancel my rental spot was very easy too. Within 2 minutes of sending an e-mail during business hours, they handled my cancellation immediately. Thanks Affordable Boat & RV for a great rental experience!

Sometimes you get more than you pay for. The price is fair, best i could find in the North Austin area; the service and integrity are excellent. Steve is very personable and service oriented, promptly responds to inquiries and a man-of-his-word. The sign-up process was easy online, Steve met me out at the site to help me get into my spot as I'm a novice. My only wish were that were some water out there. Sometimes, you need a bit of water before you head out or to do a bit of clean-up. Otherwise, top-notch, good security system, helpful and honest. Glad I chose to rent here.
