Worst service ever!! They won't return my calls or emails. They loose my deposit and won't send me another. We've been out of this unit for a month. Plus everytime I went while Dan was there he was on the phone with someone. Will never go to him again. Business is better off elsewhere From comment: Dan I gave you our new address before we moved and you lost it. That's not my problem. Second of all i had said if the person that lives in the previous house put return to sender them you would have gotten it. Apparently that didn't happen so if your waiting on that then we will never receive it which in violation of the contract we signed.

Ownership/staff was very friendly and accommodating! Any issues with the unit it's self were quickly addressed. Which makes it difficult to give it only give it a 3 star rating. Pricing is comparable. Accepts online billing/payment. Docked 2 stars due to: 1.) It seemed like every time I needed to visit there were people practically living at the unit. Even when driving by it was the same people, parked in the same spot, practically living out of the unit. 2.) desperately needed to access the storage unit only to realized the gate doesn't open past certain hours. I believe after 10. I understand the reason behind it, but it was a major pain with the emergency situation that arrose. Had I know upfront about the lack of access at certain hours, I probably would have looked elsewhere. 3.) faulty equipment. the gate constantly gets stuck when opening which require repeated attempts to get in and out. The beep for the key press confirmation stopped working which made it more difficult to ensure the older buttons were getting pressed. Storage facilities I've used in the past have ground sensors that open the gate when leaving. Here you have to go back to a keypad to exit.

Dan is AWESOME! He's very friendly and professional. We fell into some hard times and he worked with us 110%. He's got great prices and truly cares about his customers. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know! Thanks for being such a great person Dan!

My storage unit was broken into not once but 3 times. The owners were not compassionate or helpful at all. I have suspicions it was in inside job but cannot prove it.
