Staff, residents, and guests, we're very friendly. Loved the big dog park.

Caution!!!! No mail service on Saturdays, new signs posted you will be evicted if you park in managers parking spot and towed if you park in office managers spot. This gives you their attitude and total lack of respect and appreciation of their residents in my opinion

Great resort travel park. Park some what dated but info structure very well maintained and lots of it from exercise room , pool tables, indoor pickleball and out door. The staff on the front end were superior in help, knowledge , and expertise the general manager was very accommodating and more than willing to work on resolving issues. The park residence are very dedicated to there park and pitch in where needed or Sunday morning church service set up. This encore park is a jewel .....

Staff was amazing. RV sites are a little tight if you have neighbors, however we did not so it was great. As we arrived before the snow birds activities were minimal, pool was well maintained as we're the other areas.

This is where I choose to live. The people are nice and friendly. There are plenty of activities offered. Dances, bingo a library and even two dog parks for my little ones to play in.

I spent a week here. A 55+ moble home community with a large number of rv sites. A gated facility with all the amenities; swimming pool, shuffleboard, tennis/pickleboard courts etc. They have live entertainment, group events and dinners. Staff is super friendly as we're my neighbors. Park is quiet, safe and close to shopping. I had 30 plus TV channels and 5G with T-moble. I would stay here again!

Way too expensive for an ancient park like this. Now they want to raise the lot rent, as they duck n' dodge any responsibility for the crumbling infrastructure. Mindless money sniffling at its worst.
