I think I would give myself a 5 star review being that I'm always fair to my customers and treat them equally. I love my tenants and respect them. Most of my tenants have been here for years or they always return to rent from me. I'm Sorry Bret that you feel my customer service wasn't excellent. If I charged you the $20.00 clean up fee it's only because you decided to leave your trash outside my building rather then putting it in the dumpster. I work very hard to keep this facility clean for my tenants and take pride in doing so. I have been running this facility for 11 years now and have always given 100% Ms Carla Flores. Im sorry to hear that you gave us two stars because our last 10x25 had a broken door. My Asst. did show your son and Husband the unit and they did take the unit regardless. Yes ma’am we did have the door company scheduled for Monday but unfortunately they had to reschedule do to over booking. They asked if they can come out Tuesday mid morning and they did. I called your son Monday and told him about the situation and he was very understanding... being that the unit is his and under his name. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

Quality customer service! I appreciated that they were open seven days a week, accepted payment over the phone, and emailed receipts. The areas were always clean and well lighted at night. Tamara and the other staff members made moving in and out very convenient.

I am very happy to be at this storage facility They are on site property managers who always do their best to keep this place looking it's best. They are very friendly people who try to do the best they can to help you in any way possible. They always contact you right away to let you know of any problems and also give you courtesy warning. I love how everything is on paper letting you know the rules not so hard to follow I have see other Storage facilities that are high in price and look like a roach motel you truly get what you pay for here and I feel that they are very safe and I trust to keep my things here i love this place and will always return here as long as Ms.Tamara is working here thanks for being great managers.

My son got a large storage unit on Saturday and the roll up door was halfway broken wouldn't roll up all the way he took it because he needed the larger unit and it was the only one left said it would be fixed right on Monday still waiting, hopefully it will be fixed today.... Update.... Glad to report that the door did get fixed just as they said it would be. And in a timely manner, Great job.( This place is convenient, and pricing is fair.)

We use this place for our extra office items. They have good prices and only raised our rent once in the past several years. The only thing I would recommend to them is being more attentive to customer requests. I still have a light out in our unit that I have called about. Kind of scary to go in there when it is dark.
