Started renting during 2021, and since the starting pay of only $45 back then, we paid almost $100 now. The price was increased $17 every three to two months since then, over 15%! No one ever answers the phone at all, they don’t state that they will not prorate when moving out UNTIL you’re about to move out, so even if you’re one day over, expect to pay the price of a full month. Rats throughout the units and extremely awful hours, they close at 5 but if you stay past 4:45 they’ll charge you $75. Go anywhere else but here, use to be cheap but is extremely ridiculous

Called the number and got a reservation for a storage pretty easily. They gave me a price over the phone if what it would be today and going forward monthly. However, when I got there the price was over double. You HAVE to buy their special locks, have to have the protection plan. Might as well not even have a number listed. “Well, the people on the phone don’t know the specifics of each site, they just manage them…” doesn’t manage mean needing to know that kind of stuff?

Very happy with how much they helped us originally renting a unit. Came in the other day and upgraded to a bigger unit. They were very helpful and made it easy. I love how clean the whole facility looks. They take pride in not only their professionalism but in appearances. Means allot

Service and hospitality was wonderful. I've had a unit for almost 2 years. Prices are decent, location is a plus, and no issues with theft or break ins. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great experience storing my stuff here, and going back to visit, because of the memories of good thoughts. I recommend this place if you want to have a serene outing with your stuff. If you have rechargeable batteries, you can probably play your devices.
