Extremely friendly and helpful desk staff. It was very easy to rent a U-Haul, get insurance, return truck before midnight, and drop keys in the return slot at the office. The employees had us laughing! It was a very nice experience.

Supplies are slightly different from what is offered at a uhaul (glass pack and dish pack kits and the boxes that go with them are different as are rolls of tape). My preference is the uhaul supplies. Also bought supplies thinking I would be able to return what went unused but they don't take returns. I wasn't informed of this at time of purchase but happened to notice it after the face at the bottom of the receipt. Just feel this is something they should tell customers up front. I bought extra so I wouldn't have to make multiple trips as I was packing. So now I'm stuck with extra supplies I don't need and can't return. Future moves will be with uhaul only.

They will answer any questions you have, and ensure you are constantly satisfied.
