I called this location to get the corporate information to file a complaint and the lady hung up on me. These people are rude and disrespectful to their customers. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE ALL CLOWNS.

This place is TOP NOTCH! I've been renting from them for years now! The cleanest facility, and the most amazing staff. They really go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend this business and this location. Niki and James are phenomenal!

I had rented a 10' truck and auto transporter for my move from Las Vegas to Chicago. I picked up the Uhaul and transporter on 6/28 and drove back to my apartment. As I was loading the Uhaul, I realized I didn't have enough room for everything so I called around looking for a bigger truck. None were available so we called James and Nikki I beleive her name is over at all storage on inspirada. They had a 5'x8' trailer available so we wanted to swap it for the auto transporter. They were awesome enough to make it happen but Uhaul wasn't going to refund us for the auto transporter that we didn't even use. James assured me that he would figure out a way to get a refund since we didn’t use the transporter. BEST customer service!

Had to rent a truck with 2 days notice... I was panicked. Renting with all storage was so quick and easy. Staff was great, truck was clean and I was able to get EVERYTHING I needed right there. They really think about it all. Was running later than expected gave a call to them and was able to extend the rental with no problem at all. Exceptional customer service!
