I have never had such horrible issues with a U-Haul reservation before. I’ve rented from several and this was by far the most disorganized mess. The car was not ready even 30 minutes after my reservation, the check in was disorganized, and truck had no gas. Still waiting hours after returning the truck for them to check-in the vehicle and give me a receipt.

I rented to units from this place and it was a big mistake. The resident manager there Ronda has the worst customer service skills possible. After two weeks they are threatening to remove my locks and steal my stuff because the maintenance guy got his feelings hurt for acting like a clown. Read the other reviews and you will see a pattern of unethical behavior. I have corporate’s info so if you need to file a complaint contact me directly.

Definitely will come back when I’m in the area. The ladies were super friendly and helpful! The bathroom was super clean 😄 (I appreciate clean public restrooms). I was in and out there fast, even drop off was easy.
