My mother had a storage unit at this location for over 12 years. Communication is HORRIBLE here. Myself and my mother have now called for over 2 months and left over 7 messages asking for a return call, no one calls back. We requested over the phone 3 times for a copy of our lease agreement with this company and we have not received anything, even though we were told that we would receive it. Terrible customer service and terrible communication. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
