Very rude, and unpleasant staff. The older lady is racist. Gouge you for prices. Terrible experience trying to move stuff out. They are extreme liars, and will lie to even send you to collections, but they back off when you lawyer up. Because they are liars, clearly.

5 stars for this -Good location staff good and friendly place is clean , storage unit clean well maintained Cons- not a well lit place as where my locker is located, the light has not been working since a mth. I have contacted the office multiple times as it is difficult to see inside my unit. They have provided me with a emergency light to accommodate the situation. It is better to carry your own trolley to move stuff as we have to looking to one.

I have not had my 2017 Toyota Tacoma since Dec. 11 2021 and that truck has never needed any mechanical work done to it it was always mechanically sound. You guys tried to charge me 50.00 for 2 small cups of kitty litter. And I'm absolutely positive that 2 small cups will not clean up a big puddle of oil. And the guy also lied straight to the owners face when I confronted him about harassing me three x in one of my visits to my unit.i have now been sent a voice-mail stating that they my refund and have waved any and all clean up fees. I never asked for a refund. I'm seeking legal advice on this situation. This is ridiculous. And they also stated that I no longer have access. Locked me out. Well see about this

This is a wonderful storage facility and managed by wonderful people. The facility is clean and available at all times. The management is professional and enjoyable to talk to. They followed the contract as per the content owners wishes. They offered water and rides to the restroom. If I am ever in need of storage, I will not hesitate to come to Allen Road Mini Storage. Highly recommend.
