A real gem of a campground. The grounds and clubhouse are immaculate and cement pads are level. Nice peaceful walking trail to a small lake on the property. Kurt and Linda are so friendly and helpful. They could train hosts at other campgrounds because they are excellent. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We camped there twice. Both times, ironically, after having a tire on our RV blow out. It is a slice of heaven. About 10 miles off of 1-10 but worth the time. It is small, about 12 sites. It sits in a hill with beautiful views and sunsets. There is a pool and clubhouse. The clubhouse has popsicles and homemade cookies from Terri. Terri is the kindest soul. She meets you at the gate upon arrival. She helps us with recommendations for our tire situation. She gave restaurant suggestions. If you ever need a place to rest your head, give Terri at Alliance a call.( forgot to mention… it is a 50+ resort.)

Small but fantastic campground. Only two toilets and showers but bathrooms were nicer than in most homes. Great views of countryside. Very large, well equipped club house complete with large kitchen area wide-screen TV and plush couches. Behind the clubhouse was a nice pool. Very hospitable camp host - she met me at the gate and even baked chocolate chip cookies to welcome my arrival. Only negative is the campground is a bit off the beaten path.

Alliance Hill RV Resort was awesome. Terri the host was professional, nice and very accommodating. She went above and beyond making our stay feel at home. She guided my 30ft RV onto the concrete pad with ease. The Resort Club house was like a 5 Star luxury lobby. The views were beautiful and it was nice and quiet. I definitely will be visiting this site again when my Wife and I are traveling through Tallahassee.

Terry was amazing. This is the nicest park I've ever stayed at. Wonderful, off the beaten path spot that had brilliant night sky views, friendly people and amazing amenities. Fresh cookies!! The club house and pool are amazing. The facilities were akin to being at home. The wifi was the best I've experienced and security was great. Got my amazon deliveries without problem and it was obvious that the place is well cared for. The wildlife was a fun bonus to watch at dusk. I will definitely be back. I want to retire here!

We traveled from Plano Texas to Siesta Key Florida and stopped for the night at Alliance Hill. We did this both on the way to Siesta and from Siesta. Both stays were very peaceful and restful. We enjoyed the level concrete pad, good utility connections, and camp amenities. The Clubhouse, showers and kitchen were very nice and well maintained. The cookies and watermelon from our host were much appreciated and very thoughtful. Great place!!

This was our first time at this place. The host Stacy made you feel really welcome. My wife mentioned her beautiful smile right when Stacy met us at the gate. The grounds are super clean and well kept. They have all concrete pads for your RV or fifth wheel. Easy to get in and out. They have a nice building with a kitchen area TV and plenty places to sit and visit. The pool looked very inviting. We would definitely go back for a longer stay next time.

We only stayed for a few days as we were passing through, but we were very impressed by the park and the camp host. The park was clean and well kept and the camp host was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

This is a nice clean, quiet park. Stacy is a wonderful host. We very much enjoyed I two week stay. Nice clubhouse and laundry area.

Beautiful park (only 14 lots) and very quiet. All hook-ups available & an amazing club house with everything you would ever need. Camp host (Staci) is very friendly & helpful. Only down fall is that there’s not alot to see in the area. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area
