If you are a tent camper, make sure you look at the site before you reserve it as I didn't. The park is designed for RVs, not tents. In fairness to the management, they did get back to me on an email a day later, but did not offer any portion of refund (I did not end up staying) and there was no one on site at the time I was there to talk to. Again, if you are an RV'er, this place may work just fine for you, but if you are pitching a tent, you would be wise to look elsewhere.

I give this park a 4 🌟 only because it didn't provide laundry services but can't win them all! As far as the rest, the best location ever for visiting Levenworth and RVing it. Wonderful staff, shady spots, and natural food store super close by! 20-minute walk to town. Spaces are close but better than most. Very nice!

I booked two nights here as it had availability and was close to town. It being close to town was the only positive about this place. It’s right off the highway. The website makes the grounds look large as they have a map of locations and such. When we found our site it was literally 10x10 ft with two large trees in the middle and uneven surfacing. There was nowhere to even set up a tent. Its also on the corner of the two roads going in and out so it would have been dangerous. In the photos the “road” is anywhere there aren’t pine needles on the ground. We spent 10 minutes here. It was clear we couldn’t camp here. No-one from the company was there at 3 o’clock. We decided to go over to the KOA across the street and fortunately they had just had a cancellation. This place is a scam! There was a sign out front with a different name. Looks like they change their name once they get too many bad reviews in order to keep the business. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We booked a stay here at the last minute. Linda was most helpful in booking our stay. Restroom is clean. Our site was next to the highway so it was a bit noisy but ok once traffic died down. Campsites are clean but very close together. Our sute did not offer a picnic table or water. But electricity was available at our site.

Great Campground!!! Awesome service, kept very clean, and quiet hours are quiet. Campsites are spacious and it is very family oriented. Economical for families wanting to see Leavenworth on a budget. We had a wonderful time. Each morning the bathrooms were cleaned and smelled clean as well.

Nice location! Close to the highway so there is some road noise but with the AC or heater could barely hear it. Bathrooms are clean and have nice showers. Over all clean quiet environment. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

This campground is right off the road and across the street from Safeway so easy access to everything. However that does mean it can be quite noisy with traffic, semi trucks, and loud music day and night. You can still hear nature and has some decent views. However the campground is very uneven and there isn't a lot to do on the campground or directly around it. Most hikes and biking areas are a 10-15 minute drive.

Visit many, many RV parks. My rating is on 8 things, and since I work form home, these ONLY relate to my personal rating scale. 1: Internet- So-So. Good for working, but not good for streaming. 2: Cost: Good, only $40 and worth it for full hook ups. 3: Noise: We were in middle, but could hear the noise with the main highway next to campground. If we have had one next to the road, I would have rated it lower. 4: Space: Pretty good. Spacious between each camper. Nicely laid out. 5: Activities: Close proximity to Leavenworth (only 10 minute walk into town), and Wanatchee (25 min drive). 6: Management: Awesome and nice. 7: Bathrooms: Newer. Each one had at least 2 stalls and 2 showers. Enough to handle the amount of campers, they were clean and nice. 8: Laundry: No laundry All in all, would stay there again, nice campground. Loved how close it was to the downtown and Safeway was right across the street.
