Amana RV Park & Event Center

We only stayed one night and booked online, so we did not interact with staff. Not much shade as others mentioned but this is not uncommon these days. Easy to park and we enjoyed the park. It's close to Amana Colonies - which is a very cute area with shopping, winery tasting room, brewery, bakery, coffee shop, and much more. We loved the flat, level easy spot for our one night stay and didn't have to unhook. We would stay again for a few nights and visit Amana Colonies. We did stop at the bakery coffee shop on our way out. Military discount when we booked online. The office was closed when we arrived but found our registration easily. They were also closed when we left (early).

Spent 4 nights was supposed to stay 5. Office staff was very friendly, laundry room was really nice, location is great if you're there for the Amana Colonies. A lot of sites dont have any shade which is common for a RV Park , there are a lot ground squirrels, and quite a few holes, so be careful with your pets, my dogs back leg went down in one and was cut on something, i had to leave a night early due to it, the park reached out and expressed their sympathy and went above and beyond to make it right. If you're passing through or visiting the Amana Colonies its definitely a good place to stay.

Campsite was really nice. Had a great community building with laundry on site. It wasn't free but cheaper than a laundromat. The biggest issue for us was the customer service. The older women working in the office were rude. One of them especially, can't remember her name though. Other than that it was a nice enough place. A little bit expensive but they have basically the only RV place around so I wasn't too surprised.

I’ve been to many RV parks and this one is already a favorite. It’s huge, quiet and clean. Very easy to book online and reasonable pricing. No frivolous rules like some parks, and free firewood. The grass is like a carpet!

Well kept RV park. Friendly, helpful staff. Level sites. Clean bathrooms and showers. Great laundry facilities. Just make sure you have enough quarters or get them from the office before they close for the night since there's no change machine in the laundry room. Nice community room with books and puzzles in the same building as the laundry room.

Really nice RV Park, maintained well, clean bathrooms. Not enough things in their store like Marshmallow skewers? I found their maintenance workers not to be very friendly. Other than that, would stay again!

Typical "in the field" RV park. However, very nice people, well cared for, clean laundry and event center. Ice, LP and wood on-site with dump stations and full hook ups.

Most sites are stacked on top of each other sewer discharge from one camper to another almost right outside your door hookups very inconvenient... For the money you don't get any Wi-Fi like most RV parks.... If you want to stay in a nice park I would not recommend this one

I have been coming to the dog shows held at the park for 21 years. The facilities are well maintained and the grounds always look great. The managers and staff exceed in their efforts for outstanding customer service. If there is an issue, once brought to their attention, it is promptly dealt with. We are holding a National Beagle Show there in 2025 and Jessica and Jamie have been great in our planning sessions. The Beagle Community appreciates all that the staff does to make our stay pleasurable. Thank you to all the staff for a job well done.

This was the perfect spot to be in this week. Very close to all the colonies and loved the pull through spots. The staff actually brought you to your spot and explained everything. The laundry room was awesome. Very clean. Glad we did laundry there because the next place we went to didn’t have any laundry facilities. Forgot to take pictures but it looks like there are plenty online. Enjoy. We did 😊
