Rented a unit for two years, went into my unit just yesterday evening and saw TONS of rodent droppings all over my things. Owner never mentioned that we would need traps or anything like that. When I called, I was told it's "just the storage unit business, we don't do pest control". Just be aware that they have rodents in here, and they will eventually get into your unit. The lady is incredibly kind, however, and even went as far as to make sure I had a unit close to the cameras in case anything happened. Safety is a concern for her, which I appreciated.

I let them know I was not working and could not pay. That they could do what they needed to with my stuff. They ended up taking 80 dollars from me which I didn’t have and made my account negative. So now I’m having to go through my bank to get that reversed. Don’t be shady, if someone tells you what’s up don’t go forward and cause more issues.

I've been a customer here for about 6 months now & im very pleased. The prices are great & the storage facility is always very clean. The manager lives on site & is a sweetheart. She's very helpful whenever I need anything. I do wish the gates stayed open longer daily but it's nice that they do close & stay locked. I've never had any problems here.

She is very personal, the property is always clean, and I have even gotten a phone call the last day before my rent became late to remind me to pay, so that I wouldn't get late fees.
