I have a horrible experience here i have my own business and i keep my equipment here and the RATS in this place have damaged a lot of it and i put in a complaint and the front office didn't bother to do a single thing about it before you rent here do research i don't even recommend it here they're is so many rats here absolutely disgusting!!!!

The New ON SITE manager is so friendly and helpful. I love that the site has 24 hour video and audio recording. It really helps me feel safe for myself while im there as well as my things being safe when I'm not.

My husband rented 3 storage units, 1 of the storage units had or maybe still has mice. Of coarse didn't know until we took our stuff out. The gentleman working very nice was very apologetic, and gave my husband a contact phone number. Well my husband called, left message we are still waiting for her to contact us. I have done well over 24 loads of laundry. And some stuff I just can't wash off. They destroyed a massage chair, and other stuff. It is outrages to say the least. And for her not to even call us back is more outrages. Other than that we had no other problems. I will not be recommending anyone. I will also be taking other steps if I don't hear from them.
