This review is in regards to UHAUL mainly. First off there's no parking at this place making it extremely difficult to maneuver a crew cab pick truck. Waiting area is too small when you have 2 families waiting to pick up uhaul. But even worse, they DON'T do one-way rentals only local, but UHAUL website let's you reserve a 1-way for Puck up here 🤯. Then they try to reroute you to another location when you get there and wait 20 minutes to be waited on. This all leads to a major FAIL and an hour of wasted time. I hope I never have to rent a UHAUL again!

I've had my rig stored here for awhile now. Good safe place to keep your truck. That sweet gal Alisha is always good to us. I recommend for storing a car or truck.

Alisha and Nyata absolutely ROCK!!!!! I have had my storage at this location for 6 years. The customer service is impeccable! The ladies here are personable. I really appreciated the communications for both business and family events! What an awesome establishment to have in this community!

I rented a storage unit for a couple months and canceld on August 16th just to get charged 70 dollars in September because apparently my lock was still on the unit. I called to tell them that I canceled the unit and I was currently holding the lock in my hand but all I was told was that there was a lock on the old unit so I still owned it. I told them in wasn’t mine and was told that it was on there so I would be charged and then they hung up. Do not do business with this place, I’m not sure what they are trying to do but I sit here writing this with the lock on my table so I know it’s not mine.

Alisha is an awesome hard worker, she has helped me with securing a spot for my bass boat for several months, despite not being able to move into it. I cant thank her enough. She goes above and beyond her job to make sure her customers are taken care of. She definitely deserves a raise and then some. I will be telling my friends and fishing colleagues to come here!!!
