STAY AWAY STAY FAR FAR AWAY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I began calling the listed number on their website September 3rd, to pay my monthly bill,and got no answer. I then tried calling several times on September 4th, again no answer. I tried calling again on September the 5th, and still no answer. Now keep in mind that the late fee will be applied on the 6th. Someone finally began calling to inform me that my bill was past due and that a late fee would be applied. I explained to the young lady that I had been trying to reach them since September 3rd. She replied that their phones were not working due to Hurricane IDA, however they did send out emails informing their customers of the phone problem. I replied that not everyone check their emails on a regular basis, especially during the aftermath of the aforementioned Hurricane IDA. Needless to say they refused to waive the late fee, and showed NO compassion, or empathy during this tough time in our city. At the end of the day, they want you to understand that they were affected by the Hurricane, but you as a customer, displaced, no power for weeks after the Hurricane should have made every to pay them. Most companies have waived late fees, and or postponed payments due to the Hurricane. However this company has not. I will be terminating my storage contract with this company and recommend that EVERYONE STAY AWAY.

Well-trained staff, great hours and a U-Haul outlet all contribute to this long-standing member of the St. Bernard storage community The others don't compare in pricing. Air-conditioned units, too, if needed. I've been there for 7 years...

This is the worst storage facility I've ever been to in my life. They added extra late fees to the bill that should've never been there plus tacked on two monthly charges for February. Watch your bills ladies and gentlemen. Not to mention I'm an epileptic and had my medicine kept in the storage facility at one point I did have a pass due bill and they locked up the facility. That part I understand, what baffled me was when I beg and pleaded to be followed and watched at the unit to just get my medicine I was told very rudely and unsympatheticly no. Not to mention I found they're groundskeeper numerous times looking through my and others vehicles. The only reason I give this place one star is the dementions to the unit were correct and nice. I have been leaving reviews on Google contributes for years this is the first one star I've ever left. I hope the employees of this place reexamine they're practices and that no one else with a health condition is affected by this facilities action's. In need of a overhaul.

Great customer service & super friendly staff very helpul & kind, very clean & felt safe, love the security, lots of cameras. Excellent prices for climate control, was able to go down a unit size w/ no problems whatsoever, was prorated for the unit. 💜💜💜Arabi Self Storage Station😍
