Over price for a crappy space, not clean, ground not level, electricity panel box is not up to date, water connection fitting leak. Don't refund the deposit. Go somewhere else if you're looking for a nicer RV park!

This place is an absolute treasure! I've lived here on two different occasions in the last year while pursuing my master's degree at CSULB having traveled a great distance to do so. The grounds are alive with beautiful, mature trees and character unlike any RV park I've seen in Southern California. And the staff are simultaneously professional and fun to work with who always have smiles on their faces! Oh... the rates are amazingly low for what all this encompasses!

Great rv/trailer park. Becky, the manager, was so helpful and accommodating. The park was so clean and organized. Great and safe location. I would love to stay here again.

I'm not sure why this was not posted. I was moved to a different space so I now have water and sewage. Thank you. This is a perfect spot.

Great little RV Park in Long Beach. Management is very nice! Just a little cramped in getting large rigs pulled in (35’ TT), and street has cars parked on both sides so difficult coming and going in a truck!

Clean, quiet and safe. Located near Schere Park.

Pros: close to everything in Long Beach. Safe area. Seems to be tucked away from the city’s drama. Landlady Kim is great! Fred the neighbor is great! Con: This is a very tight space! I have a 14 foot trailer and maneuvering was tough. The area is a little loud due to cars and people revving their engines but for $200 a week I was happy :)

Only visited but seems quaint. A small place, easy to miss entrance. Only negative is there's no place to easily turn around so you have to back out. Luckily street isn't busy. I was driving a small SUV.

Very nice quiet place. The manager Deborah is a great host, very helpful. It's a very clean park. I like that they have a rec room with amenities that are avail to all the residents incl. an oven for those of us with small trailers that don't have one. In case you want a pizza or whatever. Prices are very good compared to others I've been to.
