Excellent! Customer Service, Facility and Units! Clean and Reasonable for the space needed. I use both Stockton and Manteca storage units which I would recommend. Unfortunately, we had a death in the family and needed the additional space to keep our mother's belongings safe until we could sort out through the items. After visiting 2 other storage facilities, Arco's was the most that we felt at ease and comfortable to finalize our decision. Units are accessible, carts & supplies provided for additional moving needs and items are secure. Arie assisted with both the Stockton and Manteca storage units, however all representatives that I have corresponded with are all professional and helpful. Great security, great customer service, great units. This is the best storage facility that I highly recommend. If you are like anyone else , you want to have your belongings safe, clean, and temperature controlled. They have the best security (100 cameras) , the cleanest facility , a restroom that is also clean , great flatbed Dollie’s to use, recyclable trash bins to dump trash, the staff is amazing . I felt like family coming here . Shoutout to the manager 🔹Jenny🔹, she has a big heart , great professionalism , and super friendly and understandable . They also have the best prices on garment boxes! I would give them 10 stars if I could !

They were great when we first got our space, but 2 days before the end of the month they called and said that we had to move. They were going to be installing portable storage units to expand and it was very inconvenient and stressful running around trying to find another place even though we had to work.
