just got called a “f*ckin idiot” because they do not keep up with their inventory. I moved out of A426 and was making sure I did not have to return anything or pay anything. Racist old white guy with bad teeth in the front belittled me. yelled at me and cursed at me. Gave me attitude soon as I walked in. Was rolling his eyes & taking deep breaths as I was talking. im assume it’s because I’m black because He was very nice to the white couple that came in behind me. It’s honestly sad and sickening I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.

Flawless Experience...Spoke to Trey and Melanie about my unit needs and the fact that I would be setting everything up electronically. They met and exceeded my expectations and had me set up right on schedule all via Email from 7000 miles away. I would definitely recommend using them.

I am pleased with the staff. I had put my items into storage first of September 2018, I prepaid through January 2019. I contacted and moved out prematurely Oct 31, 2018. George called me two weeks later and told me my refund of 271.00 was in the mail, two weeks later still nothing. New directors took over in December, after two attempts of supposedly mailing to my address, I got fed up and asked the check to be mailed to the storage address and I would pick it up there. Here it is January 2019 and still nothing and the managers are at a lost as I am. Call owner Ellie and you get full voicemail. Something is not right here. Legal actions are just around the corner. Although I haven't actually moved in yet I'm on the waiting list and the people are so so nice and it's such a much better deal then I'm getting at CubeSmart plus I've had several flooding issues at CubeSmart in Riverside this place is high and dry and the people are so nice that live here on the property I feel that my belongings are going to be very safe here I'm just on the waiting list and hoping that very soon I can be a valued customer of this organization
