These people are as good as it gets! No pressure, very up front with everything, no surprises! The transaction was simple, fast, and honest. Even after the sell, Bill heard from another staff member that the air conditioner wasn’t up to par. He called after we got back home and said he heard about the AC and offered to put a new one in at no charge! Who does that after the sell?!?! These people are the “good guys in the white hats”!!! Highly recommended. They are knowledgeable, they know their product, and can answer all your questions without hesitation. Don’t waste your time with other RV dealerships and their gimmicks. Buy from these people!!!

I was shopping for a Holiday Rambler Navigator. I contacted Bill at Tuscon PRk and Sell which had on advertised. I received information on the unit and deceived to purchase it upon my arrival and inspection. I sent the deposit and 10days later arrived to finish the purchase and drive it home. The unit was better than described by Bill. They cleaned, fixed and prepared for my arrival. We finished the sell and I drove my new motor home to the house over 1000 miles. There were two issues during my trip, which after arriving home Bill paid in full to have my mechanic fix the issues. The people where honest and trustworthy throughout my buying experience. Thank you Tuscon park and sell Team.

If you're thinking of putting your RV on consignment here, think again. We entrusted our motorhome to them, hoping they would sell it. They not only did not sell it (despite their insistent claims that RVs are always FLYING off their lot), they used and abused it. We got our RV back with grease stains on the carpet; a completely dead motor battery (some moron had left the porch and bathroom lights on, and the AC and radio blasting); a rundown house battery; toothpicks littering the floor (bizarre); and FIFTY extra miles on the odometer. And then they couldn't find the second set of keys --- turns out they were carelessly left on the driver's side floor, a discovery WE made later the same day. Any thief could have walked on to their lot and driven away with the coach and no one would probably have even noticed it was missing! We wanted to take our RV off consignment two or so months go but we were assured (and convinced) that it would sell if we considered dropping the price. We did everything they said and all we got for our trouble was added expense to the tune of having to buy a brand-new battery ($125), a carpet with grease marks, 50 more miles on the odometer, and tires with low pressure (one tire was down to 30! That is RIDICULOUS). The salesman had to jump-start our battery so we could get off their lot, but the minute we shut the engine off at home, it immediately died. Thank goodness we weren't traveling! We had to remove it and take it to an auto parts store where we were told it was dead beyond resurrection. This place does not do what they advertise, they give you a lot of lip service, and THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR RV. If you value your RV's condition and investment, take my advice and don't take it anywhere near this liar's den. When we brought our valid complaints to them, all they could do was shrug and say "sorry," complete with a deer-in-the-headlight look. No explanation, no reason for the neglect and abuse, no call-back, nor apology from the owner/manager -- nothing. Like their "sorry" response could ever possible compensate for the neglectful, abusive behavior they put our RV through..... but I guess that's how thoughtless, inconsiderate, and indifferent their attitude is, that they can't even come up with a valid reason for not taking care of our RV as they had promised so to do! We can't help but to wonder if they drove it around town to pick up lunch and/or other RVs or even loaned it to a friend to use? Why else would there have been a pizza magnet in the console and toothpicks on the floor? And to think we had come to talk to them about a Jayco on their lot! When we mentioned this Jayco and how we like what we saw online, the salesman started going on and on about this particular amazing RV and all its attributes and add-ons --- and then, when we stopped him to tell him that we were interested in a different coach and not the one he was raving about, he immediately switched lanes and started bragging about the other Jayco and how amazing it was instead! What a bunch of used-car salesmen sharks these people are. They spend all their energy on effusive lip service and empty promises, giving zero time for the minute TLC your RV needs while it idles on their EMPTY (read: void of buyers) lot. Do yourself a favor and RUN, don't walk, to another RV dealership that will treat your RV with the respect it - and you - deserve. If you like to be lied to, have your RV used and abused (and driven and eaten in) while it's in their care, and like the feeling of being taken advantage of, then by all means, this is the place you'll want to bring your business and RVs to.
