I purchased a used 2018 geo pro from this location. At first it seemed like a great deal and good experience. This was until I got the trailer home and unfortunately realized that the trailer was not attached to the frame (which the techs had also overlooked when inspecting). The mounting system to the frame had failed. The two L brackets had been broken right in half. With this failure the trailer would have been able to slide right off the frame and have easily killed someone. When I contacted the business they disregarded that it could have been like that and assume zero responsibly. Please be very careful and reconsider when you look at this business for renting or purchasing as they may be putting you and others in harms way.

I had a really good experience with them. I was travelling though the area and I had been smelling propane, which I had to take care of right away. I called on Friday morning before Christmas and explained my problem. Anne Marie squeezed me in that day, and they took care of the issue quickly. I was back on the road the same day. I really appreciate how responsive they were, and how friendly they are. I don't recall the mechanic's name, but he was really helpful and friendly, too.

Great company to work with, especially the service center. I have brought my 2007 Gulf Stream Motorhome in several times for upgrades and repairs and they were done well for much lower prices than the other guys. Anna Marie and Chris have been great to work with. Always positive and communicative.

I've been using Arizona RV Supercenter now for about three years to service my 38' Class A Fleetwood coach. I must add how difficult it was to find a reputable company that didn't over-charge or lead me to question if an actual repair was necessary or even completed as described. I found the traditional dealership service centers to be grossly over-priced and mostly dishonest and the handful of independents that left me just as disappointed. Then I ran into Anna Marie at Arizona RV Supercenter and she, for me, was the answer. You will undoubtedly meet her if your rig needs service cause it often feels like she's the only one working in the service area. She is friendly, honest, as hard working as anyone I know. She is really what makes this service center shine. It's like she takes a personal stake in my coach and its needs and, as they say, you can't teach that. Not one time in three years has she promised me a pick up date that wasn't accurate. Last year at NASCAR my water pump died and I called her in a panic. She put me in touch with their mobile guy who was at the race and it was replaced within two hours!!! I still believe the collective braintrust at AZ RV Supercenter must know the service department (intake area) is way understaffed. I know it sounds silly but if she ever leaves, I will seriously have to reconsider where I take my coach. The actual service work performed is good. I have had only a small handful of minor issues (trash being left on my floor completing a task, forgetting to turn on the generator breaker when done servicing, not making sure an exterior light lens was installed tightly) over the years and I am telling you first hand, when I call and tell Anna Marie about it, she takes ownership of it. Again, the better someone like that handles your small concerns, the less likely they are to turn into major complaints. Arizona RV Supercenter is my choice when I need my motorhome serviced. They have the fairest prices, the most reliable estimates of time it will take to complete the service, they are honest and stand behind their work... and they have Anna Marie!

I had a great experience with these people and would highly recommend them to everyone. Anna Marie is SO COOL and helpful, plus friendly and knowledgeable about everything. I can't say enough good things about her. Mike was the same way and would not give up on the float for my jacks, which someone else had installed wrong. He went the extra mile and got it done right!! All in all, it was the best RV center I have ever dealt with and less expensive, too!!
