I would recommend this business to ANYONE…. An associate, Cindy, helped Me out when I was in a real “pinch”. She personally went out of her way to make a unit available to me, that very day that I needed it, so desperately!!! She was so professional. Putting My mind at ease…. The business itself is very warm and welcoming. She made me feel right at home…!!! I left with a big smile on my face, and it reappears every time I correspond with her over the phone. She always makes me feel important, and addresses my concerns immediately…. Arizona Self Storage is an awesome facility. We have stored our RV at this facility for seven years. The manager Margaret is so accommodating and personable. She always goes out of her way to make sure we are happy customers. Her staff member Cindy is helpful to us as well. We love this place and it is a pleasure to come into the office with a pleasant greeting.

Excellent, clean, and safe facility thanks to the work of Margaret, Cindy, and Bryan. We have had 2 vehicles stored here for 4 years. No issues with pests/rodents. The facility is clean and always functional (thanks Bryan for keeping the gate secure and accessible). Recently paved, the staff was easy to work with and provided us notification, assistance, and instructions. Margaret was kind enough to notify me there may be an issue with my autopay/credit card and indeed, I had failed to update my new card/expiration date. Most places would have just added a late fee. She is a top-notch employee who cares.
