I just stopped in to check availability. The husband and wife managers, were kind of crabby and mean to me. I was looking at long term stay for the summer. They chewed me out for leaving a mark on their rock entry. Not impressed. I went elsewhere.

Its ridiculous that during the summer months when Its 120 degrees they want to charge you the amount in full $ 1700 dollars for 4 months and then kick you out when the rich Snowbirds show back up. No thank you I'll take my business elsewhere Firefighter Richard Mulvey

Fond this gem for an overnight stay while passing through. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Happened to be bingo night and we managed to win a couple of bucks. Would have had another bingo , but I got tired after driving and completely missed I had a bingo on my card. Definitely will return , hopefully for a longer stay and to explore the area

Nice rv park in Quartzsite. Basically in town but far enough out that you hardly get any road noise. Very nice, friendly staff. Sites are a little close but ok (we've been in way worse). Things going on in the club house. Lots of ATV/SXS riding if you are into that. We stayed a month - end Jan./Feb. and the price is right.

Great short-term spots - stayed one night to spend an afternoon doing water system maintenance on my RV, and their short-term spots are all at the end of the lot, against unused land. For those of us boondockers who get a little claustrophobic, that was perfect. Showers, bathrooms, and laundry facilities are clean and maintained with care. Will be back here twice a year for the 2 nights a year I spend in a campground for this water maintenance!

Van camping/traveling for the first time. Needed some downtime and stopped at Arizona Sun RV Park. Decided to stay for the months of November and December 2023.The hosts, Barbara and Robert and the staff were so nice and welcoming. Not being home for Thanksgiving and Christmas this year was made easier with the huge potlucks for both and the camaraderie of everyone there. Convenient to town by half a mile and yet nice and quiet at night....also the stars!!!

Daily rate based on a 5 month stay including electricity. At $15/night for an entire winter, you can't beat it!! We did not avail ourselves to some of the amenities/activities so we can't comment on those. Overall we were VERY happy with our choice to spend the winter here. It was very quiet despite being so close to town. A short drive (or even walk) to everything in town. Family Dollar, Roadrunner Grocery and Gas Stations at east end of town very close by without having to drive through town. The other RVers we met were very nice. We were in a back-in site which was fairly large. We could easily fit our 36' MH, screened area under the awning, as well as the vehicle. Good power, water pressure was a little low, site was level. A couple things kept it from being 5 stars. The electric rates seemed a little high, but at $300/month for the site, can't complain too much about that. Many folks staying here encroached onto the interior roads with their vehicles. There was room on their sites to fit them, they just didn't want to be bothered to make the effort. The biggest one was lack of communication from the office. At one point we didn't have water. The entire park was out due to a part failing. It would have been nice if they informed the guests of the situation. Had to go to the office to find that out. They requested that we didn't turn the water on until it was fixed, but it fell on me to constantly walk over and check with them to see when the water was back on. Also, they lock the rest rooms/showers on April 1st. Kind of a surprise when I went to use them only to find the door locked. Would have been nice to know that too. Other "snow bird" parks we've stayed at had Facebook groups where info could be quickly disseminated - that would be a welcome addition here. Despite these minor items, we would definitely stay here again.

The park was nice for a stay in the desert, the night were cold but not the parks fault, the park was well laid out and had the amenities one would expect for this kind of park- what I mean is most people dry camp so having 50amp full hook up is always nice. Other than the ATVs at all hours wizzing by it was nice, and since the ATVs are in the right place and maybe I am in the wrong place not having an ATV - Everyone was nice including the staff - the price felt a bit high but then so was the time of year - supply and pay the demand . But great stay as it was pricey compared to others but we and the dog were comfortable. The best part was we were in walking distance to the local dog park - score!
