Very rude when i walked in. Got mad i made a reservation for 1pm and got there at the same time as the reservation came in. Again was very rude to me. Wont be using this place for anything. Be nicer to people when they walk in js.

It was a pleasure doing business with them!! The customer service is excellent. The prices are very fair plus we got in on a special.. this will be where my family & friends will be renting their storage whenever needed!

I was paying to use a unit at this facility for a few years never had an issue until recently. I called to notify the “business owner” that the unit has been cleared out & was no longer needed it. Then he proceeds to say “so what you’re basically telling me is you’re no longer going to pay me & screw yourself”. He handled himself extremely unprofessional smh. No one is going to use a unit forever. And someone else left a comment a year ago with similar experience from this guy smh. If I could give no stars I would.

Anytime we need a truck rental or storage solutions we use Arlington south self storage. Mike and Jan are always so helpful and nice. They try to help assist you to make your move smooth by offering special offers, not trying to upsell you on stuff you don't need and making sure you have what you need not what you don't need. I highly recommend them to everyone for U-Haul truck rental and storage needs.

I don't know if they need help with their workflow or what, but had a reservation for 9am and didn't get out of their until after 9:30am. They need to staff it appropriately or change their workflow. Worse than a doctors office.
