Place is okay, they never patched a hole in the roof of my unit so when it rained last had some stuff get ruined, luckily it was nothing major. Just raised the rent for "maintenance" costs. Ironic right? Other than that the people are friendly, and the place is clean and for the most part well kept.

FRIENDLY, helpful, thoughtful, attends to detail. Been to other storage facilities nicer newer buildings, never have had personable attentive people like Stacy and Aaron. To me, the way management treats goofy old people that ask lots of questions, can’t remember passwords, or how to get the outside door open are more important than a bran new facility with irritable management that hurry don’t want to be bothered.

We found ourselves in need of storage when we had to downsize from a 2 to 1 bedroom apartment. Rich is SO friendly and was very helpful in getting us the size unit we needed. And Marci, the manager, put us in touch with another UHaul facility that had the right size truck we needed for our move. We definitely made the "right move" coming to Arrow Self Storage!

Arrow self storage has fantastic & friendly service at an affordable rate! I've lived in Mesa, AZ and the surrounding area my whole life. I've had several different size units at arrow over the years and they are always easy to work with. I have also used them to rent U-hauls with no troubles. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Awesome place so far! Customer service here is unreal. Seems to be small business owners! Love to be able to support that. Was able to score 50% off 1st 2 months of rent of the unit by reserving online and it was super easy! Prices really are not terrible for the comparable companies around pretty much on par. Thanks again for the awesome service!
