Aspen clearly state that all transactions are conducted via email. That suited me as I was in Arizona. I reserved a space but then needed help converting the reservation to a lease and adding a vehicle. Between Thursday 12/29 and Friday 12/30 I made ten separate calls (during the limited office ours 9am to 1pm) and left multiple texts and voicemails. No call was ever returned. I presumed my calls had gone unanswered or returned because Aspen was so busy. thought I would solve the problem by making an early start on Friday and ensure I made it to the offices by 1pm. I arrived during office hours but, the offices were closed (no notice). After a few more calls to Aspen (including calls to the emergency numbers) I realized that I was getting nowhere. The automated system did not inspire confidence and I could not get any telephone support. As I was leaving town the next day I needed to make a different plan. I called another RV storage facility. The call was answered immediately, all questions answered, and I was met by a representative 15 minutes later. Aspen appears to have a great facility that would have perfectly suited my needs But.............No Customer Service! Disappointing!

We were looking for storage for our van and trailer in Denver. Angelika responded quickly and efficiently. Everything was very well organized for us to drop off our vehicles. The place is clean, secure and inspires trust. The rental agreement is precise and clear. The pick up was just as easy and we found our vehicles in perfect condition. An impeccable and very pleasant service.

We needed a spot to store our camper after buying a house in an HOA, and we had little time to find one. Angelika worked with us in a quick and professional manner, and all turned out well. The facility is clean and well maintained. I don't know why there appears to be such a shortage of RV storage in the Denver area (perhaps it just follows the housing shortage?), but I'd suggest Aspen start up another lot!

It was a pleasure to work the Angelika. We needed to get into out space the same day and she worked diligently to make that happen! Easy e-sign docs - everything was done electronically. Storage lot is all asphalt and very clean. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!
