This is an RV mostly Park model resort. Very clean easy access to many amenities. The office staff and manager are so pleasant very easy to work with great positive attitude. This is a must to stop and visit or stay and retire.

Pam was amazing! Even though we ended up not booking due to the park not having pull through sites, she was extremely helpful. She recommended other resorts with pull through sites, beaches to visit, and local restaurants to eat at. Thank you Pam!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this older RV Park in Clearwater, FL. The resort manager Pam and Maintenance man Gary keep this park nice and clean. We had a great rate with our Passport America membership. Exceptional customer service and if there is a problem things are fixed fast. We will most definitely be back. Centrally located to everything in the area.

My family was in this park a long time after my dad passed they tried to evict me while I was burying my father they didn't even give a grace period while I had the services I was only a few days late they try to steal the buildings when death happens whatch out youll be in court fast here they didn't get it or make it to court make sure the titles are ready to be exchanged if there's probate they'll acquire your unit pams a scam artist in the office trying all sorts of drama my grampa had a700$ deposit my dad died 2 months after he had a 700$ deposit they only sent one back and my grandfather. Helped out at every event and they really they kept my dad's deposit and charged me 700$ at thier mistake beware of this place all the homeless steal everything theres no fence in the back they walk through and take whatever they want lousy security at night avoid this place !! Thanks for 25 years hassle free from us yall didn't get to steal my place !!!!! Got me for 1400$ on the way out though when you try that expect this !! It'll cost you more in the long with bad reviews like this

Clean and safe park filled with friendly people. The ladies running this place are absolutely wonderful. I am very grateful to them for helping me with a place to stay while in Clearwater for cancer treatments. Lots of daily social activities too!

The RV lots were super small. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The showers and laundry facilities were both nice.

Was turned down for the breed of my dog, even though he has a perfect temperament. Don't give places like this business, I wouldn't have been discriminated based on race, so neither should my dog. Ridiculous

Will discriminate against your dog based on breed. It's 2025, education at this park is needed. Pets are not welcomed here and either is my money.

They have lots of fun events that I am looking forward to attending, like bingo! And a pool party tonight! It's family friendly. Lots of friendly residents. From the picture I posted ( her lot is always getting better!), you can see people take pride in decorating their lots, and as a new annuaI resident, i can't wait to decorate mine! I am thinking of all sorts of cool ideas. But it's been so hot out. And with a 4 month old, I haven't gotten started, but I can't wait to have a cool yard like other people very soon!
