I stored my 30ft RV there for a year there. I set up auto pay as to never possibly be late. Shirly called me no less than 3 different times accusing me of being late on my payment just to realize I pay early. Three months of being there my Catalytic Converter was stolen and not so much as a police report, preview of video, nothing, Just a "We are not responsible for theft or damage" from her. I have a 6 ft trailer I had parked behind and halfway under my RV, this makes me much smaller then the surrounding class A's and most of the 5th wheels. Shirly called and threaten to evict me if I didn't get my trailer out that day! When I asked why there was a car dolly behind a Class A right across from me, she said "They are Old and have been tenants for a long time". Evidently there are two sets of rules regarding trailers. She does not react well to anyone questioning anything with her. She is rude and I have left to another place. Stay there at your own risk. Be sure to lock up your catalytic converter, $1100 replacement. You are an absolute liar! I never sped through you property, I was right next to the gate. You never talked to me about anything, you never had any cause to until the trailer. I asked about the video footage and you said you would go through it but I was never invited to join, I would have made time. I knew you were awful but you are an outright liar too. Thank god I am out of there. Come on, make up some more!

Long standing relationship with this place. When we needed somewhere safe for our buses they were there to take us in! We are so very grateful for them and so happy to support a family owned and operated business. I plan to definitely use them again!

Reading some of the reviews wondering where they’re coming from. I have never experienced anything like that on my part. Since day one they have been accommodating and pleasant to work with. Storage facility is clean and well secured and no heavy traffic from oversized 18 wheelers. Have only been been contacted by the owner twice once regarding payment not made, I insure them that payment was dropped off on time, provided check number and they waived the rent that month and paid for stopping the check. I wasn’t looking for a free month I was willing to cut them another check and they insisted that it was their mistake. Second time I was contacted was asked if I could move my trailer over 2 feet because they were in the process of marking and numbering sites. I was asked if I could have it done in the next three days I assured her it could be done and just took care of it that day no big problem!! I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone.

I've had my trailer at B&B since 2015. The pricing is competitive and I've never had any problems. I like the fact that someone always seems to be on site. I think this provides added security.

Shirley and Joseph are the nicest folks to deal with accommodating our RV storage. The lot is always clean and the prices are very reasonable. What stands out at B&B is the fact that when I call they know me by name and they are pleasant to speak with. Most other big name places act like it is an inconvenience to speak on the phone. With Storage space demand in San Antonio being so high, I would highly recommend giving Shirley a call.
