We had a spot for over a year. They called us with less than a month’s notice that we had to vacate the spot or take a different one for a 40% increase. They said they had called and emailed, but there were no calls from them in our call log and not an email until they sent the form indicating we had to vacate in three weeks. Bad customer service.

My main concern with public storage is transferring bedbugs from other units. Very clean, and bug free. Not the cheapest place around, but probably the cleanest. I have a send them several times over the past few years.

Absolutely great place. Had to store a trailer there in a emergency kind of situation after it would not fit at my house. I put it up for sale and it sold in 3 days. They refunded my money when they did not have to since I did not have it there that long. Great people and place
