We camped here for one night. Me and a friend. The camp ground is in an orchard. Grassy and flat. It was a perfect place to pitch a tent. We called ahead and paid for our site, $25. The price was perfect. We had been in muddy slot canyons all day and the bathhouse was very welcome. Clean with ample supplies. The showers was hot and plenty of if space to change and dry off. The tent area had lot of room between sites. The RV area looked more packed in. They do have WIFI, it was a little weak at the back of the tent sight but the closer you got to the bathroom the stronger it was. They had laundry facilities on site but didn’t use. Looks like they had a little camp store where you checked in but we came in after hours and left before they opened. I would totally camp here again when in the area

Smooth and easy check in process. Full hook ups/ 50 amp/ picnic table. There are restroom facilities and laundry on site. We loved seeing the apple trees on the property. It’s a great spot to stay at if you are planning on visiting the different parks.

We loved our stay at Bauers! We were a group of 4 women tent camping and this spot was perfect for us! Clean facilities, quiet & safe grounds, and inexpensive. Surrounded by apple trees and the views were great! Perfect location between Zion and Bryce! Will definitely be back again!

I really liked this place. The staff (all family) were very nice, everything was clean and working good and it was easy to get into and out of. BTW, this is an RV park, not a hotel.

Great place to stay while exploring Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. Both are located under one hour from this park. Host is very accommodating and works hard to keep the facilities in great shape. Very affordable prices as well.

Nice stop and close to parks. Clean showers with hot water! Some sites full HU, others just water and electric but they still let us use the sewer at a site. There isn’t an actual dump station. Tent spaces available too

Nice halfway point camp for Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. We have a 35ft class A and while tight we fit and stayed here for 4 days to see the area. It’s facilities are a little rundown and the showers had not been cleaned while we were there. However the gounds overall were clean and relatively tidy it could use some TLC.
