Great rv park. Very quiet. The host that met me, David, was very personable and let me know everything I needed to do. Very nice location to everything around Palm Harbor fl. Will definitely stay there in the future.

I can't say enough about Bay Aire RV Park. I own a mobile RV repair business in the area. ( Sunseekers RV Services ). I have been to most RV parks in the area. Bay Aire is a well maintained park and conveniently located in the Palm Harbor area. Plenty of area attractions are close by and you can find plenty of activities to enjoy your vacation. And who doesn't want to stay near the Gulf Coast of Florida. I highly recommend Bay Aire for your home away from home you won't be disappointed. The staff is very friendly and will take care of your vacation needs

We are currently staying at Bay Aire and could not be more pleased with the park and customer service. David was right there from the start as we entered the gate help up us back into our current spot with our fifth wheel. Everybody in the park has been so nice and kind. We especially like the long narrow dog run, which is perfect for our Australian Shepherd puppy to get some exercise. The park is in a great location, close to tarpon Springs for the best Greek food and seafood! Also very close to Clearwater and Tampa. The lots in this campground are not the biggest, but they are definitely sufficient. Would definitely come back in the future! Thank you to the staff for being so kind and helpful!

The owners couldn't be kinder. They fit me in to work hurricane damage as an insurance adjuster when they were already pretty full. Very accommodating, easy to work with, and great full hookup sites in a quiet area.

Spent our first month-long stay in Florida at Bay Aire! Lovely staff, organized park, good recreational programs. The area couldn’t be better, sits right between Tarpon Springs and Dunedin. I’ll definitely bring my drone next year!!

We recently purchased an RV (5th wheel) and Bay Aire was our first foray into camping since our early pop-up days. We were there for a week. Our experience was beyond wonderful. The staff was very friendly, and so willing to share their experience with a couple of newbies. We were escorted back so we could make the turns safely and helped into our slot by experienced and patient eyes. They were a font of information about the systems on our rig. Our fondness for the staff was exceeded only by the residents. What a friendly bunch! We were included in the camp activities from the start, and found ourselves at an ice cream social, movie night, bingo, pool time, morning cinnamon buns, a Quilts of Valor ceremony for veterans, and an awesome block party as a send off for those shortly to be heading back north. Thanks everyone! We're pleasantly exhausted. See you again soon.

Love the propane here. Eric is great! You get more lbs of propane here than the Rino tanks at stores.

This is not a fun place. As you pull in and see the pool / clubhouse, it looks like maybe its a fun place. But, once you drive in and see that the bulk of the units are old and permanent. While technically its an RV park, in reality its just a poor neighborhood. In talking to some of the residents, its clear they miss the previous manager and owner (who passed away). Eric is the new boss of the poor neighborhood and he wants everyone to know it. He walks around enforcing the rules, well, at least some if them. We went to the pool to cool off after a bike ride. We brought a few CANS of beer (no glass) and our dog. Ok, our bad on the dog, probably shouldn't have brought him (he was inside the fence, but not in the pool). Anyway, I guess the beers were a problem too. We were asked to leave with them. There was no one else there except for a college student we were chatting with (in the 55 and up community). When Eric was asked about why there was a young kid in the 55 and up park, we learned that they approach that one with "an 80 - 20 guideline". Huh? No 80-20 option for having a beer at the pool. A lot of times, and in this case, its very much a case of not so much WHAT you say, but HOW you say it. Anyway, Eric is a buzzkill and he's everywhere. A couple side notes... very small sites, residents say the center area floods ankle-deep in heavy rain - we did not experience this, but beware, tall grass and weeds, and no golf carts allowed (except for Eric, he gets one so he can check in you, but no one else). Maybe this is your kind of place, I can say for certain that we wont go back.
