Friendly and helpful staff. The casino has a nice variety of games without trying to be "Vegas style". I stayed at the hotel a few days after my birthday and had a nice little birthday gift waiting in the room. Very thoughtful. Nice location for Lake Superior views and rockhounding.

I look forward to going to Bay Mills mutiple times a year. The atmosphere is just what I need for a get away. Rooms are impeccably clean. TV’s are easy to operate, don’t laugh, as I’ve been in many hotels where it takes a rocket scientist to figure it out. Employees must be hand picked from the cream of the crop. Slots seem to be generous at least from my experiences and talking with the guests. Thankfully I am going soon and can’t wait

We stopped here for the hotel, not so much the casino. The rooms are somewhat dated but clean. I would give this 4 stars if not for the fact that customers can use the laundry machines across the road at the campgrounds. They were also clean and a perfect place to do laundry on a road trip. I would stay here again for that reason alone. Free coffee in the casino room available 24/7. Perfect for early risers looking to get back on the road.

Made a stop here as it was half way to our UP destination. Parking lot was being remodeled when we were there so had to walk a bit with luggage but they had luggage racks by the door we could use. Easy checking. It was comfortable and needs some remodeling but they are working on that now. Beds were comfortable. Food was good at the restaurant, I recommend the pizza. Casino was nice to us, and drinks are free while you are playing. That was a nice perk. All in all a good stay!

Booked a 3 night stay here to go explore this side of the UP. Room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the casino was a great way to spend a couple hours and dollars in the evenings. Reasonable distance to lots of places we wanted to visit. They’re doing renovations and adding on to the resort, so sections are closed off, but it was nothing more than having to walk a bit further to the car (they do offer valet). We loved our time here, and absolutely plan to come back!

We love this casino. Employees are all so nice and friendly. We went for my birthday and our anniversary and they put wine glasses, t-shirts, mugs, candy all in our room for us. It was so nice! New hotel area, pool will be very nice. Smaller casino but still has a big variety of games. Only place in Michigan that has free drinks, just tip the server. There is a really nice golf course across the road too. Would recommend to anyone.

the young security guard was very disrespectful to me and would not listen to anything i had to say then proceeded to cuss at my boyfriend friend for “talking shit” when was sticking up and explaining the situation for us. was not very happy with tonight staff

The entire staff from housekeeping, check-in desk, restaurants and casino workers are the FRIENDLIEST people you ever will meet at a casino. A big shout out to Mr. Jim Bowen from Bay Mills Casino for his hospitality, kindness and genuineness. We'll be back.

The service and staff here are great! The only downfall is as soon as you walk in you are overwhelmed with nasty cigarette smell in the lobby when checking in, I also bought a hoodie from the gift shop and when I came back to the room to put it on, it smelled bad of cigarettes. Even with them having a separate smoking room it still consumed the hallway and lobby.

We stayed at Bay Mills for 3 nights over 2024 Christmas. Comments; Casino is just the right size. Back Bay food was great. All staff were cordial & gave great service. Room was so much nicer than our room in SSM. Only negative: shampoo & conditioner dispensers in the shower were empty or clogged.
