It's an older campsite things aren't new around here. But friendly service and it's clean. That was one of the biggest things for me and the wife is they actually keep it clean and they keep it up

Always love coming to this campsite, clean and kept up, heated pool, and in a nice location right in the middle of going to dauphin island or mobile. Plenty of space at the campsites and laid back. Everyone is friendly and dogs are welcome.

Great camping resort with all the proper amenities, something that can't be said for other local parks. I recommend the premium sites, which have level concrete pads for not much more money than the gravel spots.

Just north of DI, Dollar General nearby. Nice campsites with full hookups available. Beautiful pool area. Nice clean bathroom and laundry. Not on the bay side but there is a small area to walk over to sit and enjoy viewing the Bay. Price was fair. We would recommend for a nice stay here

We enjoyed our summer at Bay Palms!! The pool is a must, and the kids loved being out there everyday! Located very close to Dauphin Island! The staff was available to help with any needs

Great location. There's not much to look at when you drive in, but it's one of the more comfortable, friendly rv parks I have ever been in. I've been traveling full time for 7 years and have parked in many many parks over the years. Pool not heated as advertised, but who cares. It's not cold. It's 70 to 72 degrees without heater. It's clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and maintenance issues are taken care of immediately if at all possible. Monday-Saturday office is always open 9 to 5. Amazon packages accepted during your stay. A major plus these days. New office staff, new manager, and a great area manager, Lesa Kaiser, heading up the entire movement. She has been at this location since October 2024. So there are lots of upgrades and changes in that area also. I am looking forward to 2026 on our return to see all the upgrades and the remodeling taking place this summer and fall. Keep up the good work. See you next year.

Pool was green one day, people were still swimming. Gravel spots were tight. Seems like the business plan is to get as many RV in as possible. There are worst locations and better ones. We will look for a different place for our next trip.

I have stayed in the past and all seemed fine, but this stay was not so much. 1. Bathouse was run down and not clean. very much in need of updating. 2. we had to smell sewage for most of our stay. it was worse after the rain. 3. NOT ADA (American with disability ) complaint. Bath House had a ramp but it was gravel from road to the ramp, then the ramp had a 3 inch step up, wheel chair could not get up on it. 4. someone in the campground was smoking weed, which we smelled every evening, if someone from the staff would havejust made a pass through they would have smelled it. 5. they state they have wifi and thats not completly true, they have access to wifi from a 3rd party and its $ 3.95 extra a day. For $95.00 a night, I expect much better, and will be looking for a better place next year when I visit.

We stayed here in our travel trailer in March 2025. The facility was clean, quiet, peaceful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful and made reserving and checking in a breeze. People there were friendly and easy to chat up. The location is just north of Duaphin Island and it's an easy drive. It's about 30 mins to drive to downtown Mobile. There's a Greer's grocery store up the road and they are super friendly as well.
