Bayshore is our favorite campground in Ohio! We raised our kids coming here. The pool and hot tub are our favorite and the kids love when there is night swim. The pool lights and atmosphere make it perfect. There is also a hot tub we love for 18 and older only. There are 2 easy Pymatuning Lake access points and views of the lake from multiple points within the park. Kayak racks availabke also. The campsites are grass and camper sites have a concrete pad also. All sites have a fire ring (no cooking grate) and 5' picnic bench. Most sites are well shaded and the campground is adorned by beautiful trees and landscape. The roads are all either asphalt or brick and in great condition. There are 2 nice bathrooms with showers and are cleaned nicely. There is even a washer and dryer. Ice and wood are always for sale near the office too. We also have great respect for the staff, lifeguards and owner, always helpful and kind. We definitely recommend this great campground and will continue to come when we are able.

Best camping experience. Feels like a community and it's so beautiful and clean. So many nice people and I feel genuinely happy and at peace at this campground.

Great Campground. Favorite kids part was definitely the pool. Nicely kept, clean. Would come back again. One suggestion though, could definitely upgrade electric to 50amp (spots by the road).

The campground has multiple political flags, Bay Shore itself, not just the people camping. The last thing one wants to see when trying to escape and relax is a giant political flag at the main gate along with multiple other flags on poles throughout the site. Family members must pay to visit at the campsite for a few hours even when using none of the amenities. Children are also not allowed to have any kind of floatation devices in the pool, including suits with built in floats. Overall I would not recommend the campground to anyone. There are multiple other campgrounds in the area worth looking into staying at as an alternative.

By far the best Campground in Northeast Ohio if not the State. The owner and the staff provide a clean and safe environment for all campers and more importantly the kids. I have been a permanent camper her for 10 years and have no plans anytime soon to go anywhere else. My kids grew up here and were able to have a normal “come back when the streetlights come on” childhood. The rules are in place to make sure this is possible. Bottom line is between the campground and the fact that it’s right on the lake, this is the best place to be.

Really pretty campground and landscaping. Did not appreciate the huge political flags flown by bay shore all over the campground. We go camping to get away from everyday life including politics!!! The tractors they use to move trailers are very loud and ran through the campground pretty continuously Friday and Saturday, also lots of yippy little dogs throughout the campground so not a very peaceful experience. Our sites were in the front of the campground and the huge, bright lights over the activities area stayed on all night so we couldn’t sit by our fire ring without being blinded so we had to sit behind the RVs without a fire. Overall we probably will not stay here again unless we’re planning on leaving the campground from sun up until bedtime.

Nice and well kept. Clean bathrooms. Gorgeous view of the Lake. Unfortunately no dogs over 60 pounds I believe. Missed my dog.
