We love everything about this place and the property manager. However, the groundskeepers are rude, and rules are not enforced. Most RV owners keep their outside area looking great, and a few do not (yuck). Why aren't they made to clean up? Another issue: people with dogs are supposed to leash them every time outside their RV, which brings me to the small few who constantly let their dogs out unattended and not leashed. These couple of things are not fair to to ones who follow the rules. Other than that, we do enjoy being here. Consistent standards would be great.

Great RV park. The location is perfect making freeway access a cinch. We are provided USPS approved mailboxes! This is huge for the RV life. This is a quiet laid back area and one we truly enjoy. The only improvement I would recommend is a dog park. There are many dogs in this park but are required to be on leash. I get that. There is also an area close to the main road that would be wonderful to provide our four legged family members a much needed run and work out the zoomies. That is where Beach RV could really shine if they took that step.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My recent stay at the RV park in Benton City, Washington, along the scenic Yakima River, was an absolute delight. One of the standout features of this RV park is the abundance of trees, providing ample shade and making it the perfect place to cool off during those sunny days. The sense of community here is heartwarming. Neighbors are not just friendly but genuinely nice, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like part of a big, happy family. The park manager is equally friendly and helpful, ensuring that your stay is as enjoyable as possible. This RV park truly exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a tranquil retreat with friendly neighbors, a welcoming manager, and an abundance of shade, look no further. I can't wait to return to this piece of paradise along the Yakima River.

I highly recommend Beach RV Park. For starters, the staff is very friendly, professional and provided us with exceptional service. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The lots are level, clean and the hook-up process was a breeze. The restrooms were spotless and had with more than enough hot water. The other folks staying there were kind and thankfully, very quiet. The few people I spoke to had only positive things to say about this park. I simply cannot come up with one negative thing about this park and we are so thankful to have found this place. We have definite plans to return in the very near future. My sincere thanks go out to the folks at Beach RV Park. 🙂

We recently stayed at Beach for a month. It was a beautiful park. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. This was by far the nicest park in the area. Very close to the wine vineyards! The park is also very conveniently located near shopping. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Kent Dalke needs to be fired. This park used to be a joy to work with but Kent doesn't have a clue what customer service even is. His solution to a problem is "It's out of my hands" and blames it on "corporate". I was already approved as a tenant, then all of a sudden, I am not acceptable because I have 3 dogs. This was listed on my application AND approved by the previous management! Now, all of a sudden, 3 dogs is not acceptable! No explanation, just nor allowed. Then how did I get accepted? So I asked for my application fees back, nope that's not happening either! I far as I'm concerned, this is out and out theft, since they knew about it before I filed the application. Don't waste your time, money, or effort on this place, you will lose!

The park manager her name is misty is nothing but a thief. I paid my deposit of $200 for the monthly spot and $100 for the cable box. I had to leave the park because of a family emergency. When I got back she told me the park had sold. She told six times she would look into my deposits. It was a total lie she never did. I am a veteran and on disability. I have a fixed income so $300 means something to me. They raised their prices from $354 a month not including electricity to $550 a month not including electricity. The flies are horrible because you are living between two cow pastures. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this park. I got a response from the owners saying they are not responsible and deflected to the previous owners. I expected that since the new owners blew into town in their BMW and opened their fat wallets. I had heard they are from the west side probably king county. I think that explains it all. They don’t like veterans, disabled or the retired. I’m sure I’m not the only one they ripped off.
