We stayed four nights at this KOA during a very quiet season when the park was not very crowded. I would imagine that it would be popping in the summer with all the activities they offer! The campground itself is lovely and kept very clean! We love the fire rings at all the sites with the accompanying rockers and nice tables/chairs! Management is great! Everything is super convenient to the lake and the town and restaurants. We will visit this one again!

Great KOA to stay at! We booked a tent site but wanted to switch to a cabin the day of and they accommodated with no problem. The (deluxe) cabin was nice and clean and had way more stuff than advertised! It had a fridge, microwave, and even a keurig! All the grilling utensils and even a welcome snack box! The location is also great. Walkable to a grocery store and very close to the lake.

I want to preface this by saying that my family has stayed at this KOA for years. We have come with friends and for family reunions every year. It has always been one of our favorite trips and I have recommended it to many. However, they are now under new ownership and it is not the same. Most of the staff are not kind and friendly at all. I understand that this may be a challenging job and probably pretty frustrating having new people in and out everyday. However, the way they spoke to us, our kids and the other guests was unprofessional. Even if you have to tell someone that the playground is closed, your cabin isn't ready, etc. you can do it nicely. We have always stayed in a cabin without a bathroom because they are more affordable and the KOA has several bathroom options that were always so clean. We came twice in the past month and the bathrooms were dirty, frequently without toilet paper, and several toilets were clogged and absolutely disgusting. I am so sad that a place we have loved for years no longer feels like a wonderful, clean, and friendly place to stay.

I love this KOA. So many activities available for the family! It's also incredibly well placed with the lake just a quick hike or drive away and a grocery store right next door. My only knock is that our cabin smelled strongly of feet... Gross... But we just opened the windows and door for an hour or so and that helped. The cabin itself was nice and we especially loved the porch swing. When considering the amenities provided at the campground as a whole, the price of a cabin is a better value than most hotels.

We had a great stay at the KOA! The campground is super close to the lake, which made it easy to enjoy the water. The bathrooms were very clean, and the staff was kind and always ready to help. We also loved that their operating hours were convenient and went late. The gift shop was awesome—lots of cool stuff! All the amenities were well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

My family went camping here in June of 2021. It was the first time we had ever stayed at a KOA. It was such a fun experience. There are so many amenities and activities here it just adds a little more to your camping trip. Our family also has lots of fur babies. My only criticism/request would be to add to the dog park. You are charged per pet at this KOA, it would be nice to see this money going into things for pets. A pet pool, a bigger fenced in area, more activities for the dogs in the park, drinking water, and more potty bags. Mowing the lawn so the grass isn't so tall, maybe add some gravel spots.

We were up here over the weekend for a family reunion with almost 80 people and it was great. Check in process was smooth and everyone was very kind and accommodating. They had a lot of fun activities for the kids to participate in and the kids never got bored. You can ride your ATVs from camp and it is a short distance to the marina. Overflow area was great to have as well. Some of our sites were looking a little rough and some are a little closer than most places but overall we plan to stay here again. We had family that stayed in the cabins as well and they all seemed pretty pleased.
