Golf course = Dog doo doo. Absolute worst golf experience I’ve ever had. $35 for a nine hole par 3 course that is in absolute terrible shape. The one upside is that the people in the pro shop are very friendly, but their course is just the worst. if you enjoy wasting time and money, then this course is for you. But if you want to golf cheaper and on a much better course, do yourself a favor and head to St. George just 25 mins away. I read the reviews and still convinced myself it wouldn’t be that bad, but PLEASE DONT MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE.

Went to Beaver Dam to golf with friends. Fun 9 hole course. Mature trees, course is in good shape. The food in the restaurant was fast and efficient for a very large group of us. Thank you!

A good simple motel on a road trip. Great service as we arrived late after restaurant had closed and they made us great sandwich’s and a piece of pie.

We have stayed in this RV Park for MANY YEARS DURING OUR TRAVELS! They have always said they have lunch and dinner. As usual, when I made our reservation prior to today the answer was yes. Today, I again verified lunch until 2pm and dinner from 5 to 7. Went in at 5:20. The poor stooge tonite said NO! I AMTHE ONLY ONE HERE, WHILE ABOUT A DOZEN PEOPLE WERE THERE EATING AND OR DRINKING. PEOPLE PLAN THIER TRAVELS AND STOPS BASED ON AVAILABLE SERVICES. RATES FOR RV SITES HAVE DRASTICALLY ESCALATED. NO OTHER SERVICES. LIES ABOUT FOOD SERVICES AGAIN WE WONT BE BACK. ETHICS ARE IMPORYANT AND YOU LIE AND RAISE PRICES AND LEAVE YOUR EMPLOYEES IN A VERY DIFFICULT POSITION LOOMING SHAMED AND EMBARASED. SHAME ON YOU GREEDY PEOPLE!!

I love this little gem of a place!💪💙 The owner is so friendly and nice. She checks you and cleans your rooms and does it all! As of right now, how hard that can be. Make your way out to Adria’s Restaurant in Kanab too on your way to the national parks 🏞️

Will never go back! The lady at the front desk is the rudest person I have ever came across! And she knows she is! That’s the bad part! I will make sure all of my friends never go there! If I could give this a negative star I would! It looks like I’m not the only one that thinks she’s rotten! According to the other reviews I’ve read. I can’t believe the management will not do anything about her! It will eventually kill their business!

Ok. I have played some awful golf courses in my day but this takes the cake. This is a pure garbage par 3 in horrible shape and the cost is $30 to walk it. Back home I play a beautiful manicured par 3 senior discount for $11.

The rv grounds were pretty level. Nothing special. More of just a stop over unless you golf. No laundry rooms in the town. Closed up along with the little convenient store. But it’s only 9 miles to Mesquite Nevada. You are able to use the restroom/shower during business hours at the club house but was given a hard time when we came back from restroom we need to ask permission first and said “sometimes I just have to lay down the law.”

Stayed here over the winter. Just gravel with thorns. The bar was nice when opened. The grill was only opened at the owners convince sometimes with just cold sandwiches. The elect bill ranged $40-$60 over the winter until checkout then our bill was two months worth. They will charge for your full reservation if you leave early, but this isn't disclosed until after the owner has your card on file. We won't be coming back. Too many issues.
