We stayed in a standard cabin (no bathrooms in the cabin). The cabin was clean and had a TV in it. It was a comfortable stay. The bathrooms were also clean and comfortable. When I needed to contact the host, I did by email and they responded. I'd stay here again while in Beaver. I am not sure if it is the end of the season, but the ground was not very crowded and it was very quiet. We stayed on a Friday night in October.

This has become one of my favorite go to camp grounds for overnight stays on my way to or from northern destinations. It's so nice to be remembered and warmly recieved, as i always am. Sites are level, surrounding views are beautiful, and the dog park is grassy and great. Nice laundry facility with an old school video arcade to boot.

Teresa was amazing, she was so nice and welcoming, we had such a great experience at this KOA. We had originally intended to only stay one night in a cabin as a base camp for Zion and Bryce National Park. Three nights later, we're clocking out. All the facilities are very clean, including the bathrooms and laundry area. If you have pets with you, they sell actual local dog treats in the store and have a very fun pet playground area for them to go wild. We didn't hear any dogs from the animal hospital across the street barking inside our cabin, it was quiet for our three nights. Overall we would definitely choose this KOA again when we're in the area for our next Zion National Park trip.

We stopped at Beaver KOA on our way to Idaho. We really enjoyed the campground - it was well maintained, with nice sized sites. The staff was super friendly when we checked in and had fun playing corn hole and pickle ball in the evening. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Beaver KOA is an absolute gem and always our go-to stop on the way to Idaho and back home! Most recently on our trip, from the moment we arrives, the friendly staff made us feel welcomed and right at home. The check-in process was a breeze—quick and efficient, allowing us to settle in without any hassle. The amenities at Beaver KOA are top-notch and cater to all our needs. The campground is well maintained, with spacious RV sites that offer privacy and comfort. The campfire pit and picnic table available at our site created the perfect atmosphere for evening relaxation. Additionally, the campground a great swimming pool. Very nice to cool off in after a day of driving. We appreciated the well-stocked camp store, which made it easy to grab any essentials we needed during our stay. Overall, Beaver KOA is a fantastic place to stop, recharge, and enjoy some quality downtime. The combination of excellent staff, convenient amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it our favorite pit stop on our travels. We can’t wait to return!

Keep in mind that this is not a really nice RV Park, this is not what they call an RV Resort, however, he park was super clean and the staff was amazing. We arrived early and the super nice lady let us check in. I’ve been to other parks where they made us wait. At first we did nit like our specific location so she let us look around and we moved. Our site was clean and everything worked great. The electric box was new and worked perfectly, the water pressure was good and the sewer system worked great. PRICING - "5 STARS" This particular RV park has great pricing. We were here in May and we paid less then $100 per night. We noticed that there were alit of people coming in just for one night. Big RV’s pulling a car. Most of them did not even disconnect their pull vehicle. I understand that there is a lot of things to do in the Beaver area but we noticed that most people just kind of pulled in, git some sleep and moved on in the morning. CAMPING - "4 STARS" The camping is OK, nothing great about any of the sites, however, with that being said I guess all the campsites are clean, everything is new and all the hook ups seem to work great. We ended up with a couple great spots, there was two of us so we had a nice campsite in between our rigs that we hung out in. RESTROOMS & SHOWERS - "5 STARS" The restrooms and the showers are not good they are great! Very clean, lots of hot water and because the park was nit very busy there were no lines and we could take our time. THINGS TO DO - "5 STARS So we just chilled but we were told that there was great fishing in the area, lots of off-road trails and there is a really KOOL dairy farm around the corner that makes greasy cheese, ice cream and has an awesome restaurant that we highly recommend you visit. Inside the park there is a swimming pool, corn home, Frisbee Golf and a place to run your dogs. We drove up in to the mountains and played in the river. Absolutely beautiful!! THE CAMPERS "5 STARS" We only met a handful of people but everyone was super nice. CUSTOMER SERVICE "5 STARS" The customers service here is great. The person on the phone was really nice and the person that checks you in is great. There was a lady working the store that has been with KOA for something like 30 years. She was super nice! OVERALL "5 STARS" At the end of the day this is a really nice old school RV Park. I think unease told that this place has been here once the 1960’s and is one of the original top 50 KOA RV Parks. If your passing through Beaver and you need a nice, clean and friendly place to stay please check this place out.

It's a smaller and family run park. Perfect for an overnight stay while traveling

The park was quite spacious and nice. I took a star away due to the fact that the dog park was “mulch” but was actually long sticks. I was worried one of my dogs would stab their paws running around in it. They had grass in other areas, so why not the dog park ? The game room was also unavailable. It’s far away from places you’d actually want to explore so it’s not really worth the money they charge.

Checked in a few minutes after the office closed, had to call the number on the door to get site directions, etc as it wasn't clearly posted on how to check-in after hours. Person seemed grumpy and like it was an inconvenience to answer a couple of questions. Game / laundry room was tidy but had broken drywall, peeling wallpaper and seemed like it needed many repairs and updating. We didn't even attempt to use the showers or restrooms based upon the initial impressions. Stayed for one night and not up to par with the other KOA's we've stayed at. Would stay at a different location next time.

Very nice place. Friendly staff. I very much needed to winterize our fifth wheel, but our water pump wasn’t working. Ken, one of the staff members, was kind enough to lend me the park’s compressor to blow out my water lines. Thanks, Ken.
