Great place! Quiet and just good people. Had a problem with my awning and the office let me use their ladder. If you were offered the opportunity to buy the cinnamon rolls, don’t pass it up! They are awesome and the Julie makes them and she is so nice. We will be back.

So I rented a monthly site as I travel for work. I was told electric would be 75-100 a month as its extra. I was there 2 weeks and left the other 2 weeks to visit my family. I returned to a $155 electric bill even though my RV was shut down for 2 weeks. The owner Shelly said I was pro rated 6 days at $17.50 a day which is nonsense. The park isn't great, the so called natural spring pond is dyed an awful green color and they bust chops over everything. I text her I'd be leaving and she called me acting like she didn't know I was leaving with a nasty attitude. Then had tne nerve to ask me to take a picture of my electric meter for the 8 hours I was there after paying my bill to deduct it from my deposit... I still have yet to see my deposit returned. They are other places better within 5 minutes of this half ass campground. And you have to drive 30 minutes to anything aside from a DG... I've stayed in over 200 campgrounds, this is the first time I've wasted my time to leave a review... That should tell you something.... keep that deposit... you need it more than I do...

We pulled into this cute little gem of a campground late at night. And the lady was so helpful in getting a spot for the night. it's so beautiful here. A quiet campground was surrounded with trees. The bathhouses are clean and brand new. They have. Playground, the laundry room, they have a cool recreation center. They have a cute little kitchen / clubhouse lounge area and seat with tables for functions and parties that we didn't get to use Because nothing was going on. They had a big lake with a beach kayaks, to use and zip lining. I would have to say this is one of the most nicest campgrounds for the price that we paid. Also it's A family owned campground.

Beaver Run will always be my number one place to stay whenever we are in Georgia! The staff is absolutely wonderful and very friendly. The camp ground was immaculate as were the dog run, laundry room and small beach at the lake. On top of that they are making huge improvements to their wifi even tho we had no problems with it while we were there. Don't pass this camp ground up if you are that way!!

I am satisfied with my stay at Beaver Run RV park. The price was right. The location was a good place for me to stop for the night. The facilities provided were adequate for my needs. Check-in and check-out processes went smoothly. I would stay here again.

The staff at Beaver Run is amazing. They got us in during Hurricane Milton, and worked with our schedule as we assessed damages to our Florida home. We left a day early to return home and they provided a refund without asking! Our neighbors in the next site were super friendly and welcoming. Every camper we ran into was friendly. The sites are rustic in nature and close together, but the campground is kept in excellent shape. Sewer, water, and electric were all fine.

Running from a hurricane, and these good folks got me in right away. Cute swimming pond, with a floating island and slide. Lots of shade, or open spots, if you'd prefer. They are keeping the lodge open in case anyone is worried in their RV during the storm. Family values, quiet location, games & potluck. The best water pressure I've ever had anywhere in my RV! A lovely lady will make you fresh gooey cinnamon rolls for a tiny fee. She even delivered in the driving rain. Just good folks in a nice quiet location.

Location is great. Right off the highway and has a little food spot next door. It is secluded and quiet. I stayed at an Airbnb here rather than an RV so I can not comment on the services and management. But I know the grounds are well kept and beautiful. I traveled alone as a college girl and felt safe. The big pond in the middle is so pretty!
