We have lived here 3 months now. It does have flooding issues (which we were warned by the office) They did relocate us as we plan to be here longterm. Kelly in the office is very easy to get ahold of and is very helpful.

Ms Kelley the manager is a saint. She doesn't even know how much she helped a disabled person in desperate need of a place to live. Thankyou

Its a great place to stay. Fenton is close, great shopping and services around there.

Belleville RV and Mobile Home Park was perfect for my 2 month stay in Fenton. It is quiet, clean and well managed by your host, Kelly. She will go out of her way to accommodate you. I had nice neighbors that were longer-term than me and short term parking is available too if you are lucky enough to get in. It's not a campground. About anything you may need to buy is nearby. I have no complaints and would highly recommend that you give Kelly a call.

Stayed here for 3 years in a row. Week at a time in early spring. Quiet park. Full hookup sites. Concrete pads, and wide roads. Shopping center at Gravois Bluffs with all grocery and necessity a few miles up the road. Great location, without the city hassle. Appreciate you Kelly, and always being very accommodating for my weekly stays.

Good rv park! The sites are a solid concrete pad, which is good. The only drawback would be no laundry facilities on-site, but there is a great laundromat about 2miles down the road, which is nice. I thought propane was going to be a problem, but the rv park next door has propane, otherwise it could be a bit of a drive. Kelly, is very helpful, very nice, and just an all around nice person.Plus, no matter how much I begged her she refused to run away with me, so she has taste . All in all, I'd go back there tomorrow if I needed to.

Was just driving by when I saw one of the RVs on fire, called 911 and got it put out, no one was home. 10/10 neighborhood looked nice and clean though.
