Edited to add our response at the bottom! ⭐ 1 Star – We Left Early Due to Safety Concerns We stayed at this location for 75 days and ultimately made the decision to leave early due to safety concerns for our family. Because we left before the end of our scheduled stay, our account should have reflected a credit of over $200 for unused days. Instead, our card was charged two days after we had already vacated the property. We brought multiple concerns to management during our stay, but we did not feel they were properly addressed. There also appeared to be significant staff turnover during this time. As a full-time RV family traveling with children, safety is our top priority. Leaving in the middle of the night was not a decision we made lightly. We encourage families to research carefully and make the decision that feels right for them. Our Response: It’s not a civil matter when you allow individuals to work under the table for you that don’t have proper background checks (and records)! That is the safety issue and it had been brought to the office’s attention on two separate occasions!

Powersport Repairs

Just a great hidden gem! We made Benson a pit stop on our trip from Minnesota and we absolutely loved it! Great location off the freeway with geat size lots! Pool and hot tube are brand new! We will definitely be back for a longer stay! The town of Benson has everything you also need!

March 2025: We found this on a whim while traveling through states and wish we booked it for longer. Under new ownership. Beautiful clean heated pool and hot tub! Spacious sites even for big rigs! Small but nice playground. Clean, cool and spacious community room. Office full of treats and misc items. Super nice and friendly staff.

Great little park. Easy access and fantastic staff. A little off the highway but very easy to find. A nice little park with nice amenities. Other side of the highway is a grocery store. If you do not want to drive in to Tucson thus is a great place to stay.very friendly helpful staff. You can get propane here as well as an added bonus

Such a wonderful campground! During our one month stay we enjoyed a safe, clean, and perfectly situated home away from home. The staff was extremely welcoming and professional. Our campsite couldn't have offered a more beautiful view of the dessert sky. All the places we visited from Saguaro National Park, Chiricahua National Monument, Amerind Museum and Nature Preserve, Bisbee, and so much more were all within about an hours ride. We highly recommend this KOA campground for a stay of any length.

We tent camped. Site was clean, staff was friendly, and the amenities were great. Nice activity room for the family. Pool and hot tub were very clean and wonderful to use! Location is great, we visited Tucson, Tomestone, and Bisbee.

Michael and Lori were super caring and wonderful to talk to. Very helpful and accommodating. The atmosphere was peaceful and perhaps the most quiet KOA I and my hubby have ever stayed at. We went to stay for 2 nights and ended staying for 3 more. When we arrived, the beautiful pool was not yet open, but opened the day before we checked out. The pool is a “ labor of love”💕 and I got to be the first one in!! I felt privileged . Thank you Michael and Lori for your excellent hospitality. Many blessings!

Stayed 2 nights in a Kabin. The cabin included a window AC & ceiling fan, small refrigerator and TV. The chairs are not real comfortable, basic small wooden seat. The swing on porch is nice when the weather is nice and there's a large picnic table under a tree. Front RV spaces were in less shade than those in the back. The tent area looked very nice with a covered grill & sink.

Finally a KOA where you don't hear the highway noise. It is at the end of a sorry gravel road, and behind it is a vast expanse of shrubbery, so there are lots of birds and cottontail rabbits. We saw quail and a roadrunner right by our campsite. The lady in charge, Kate, was super nice and went out of her way for us. She offered us a different site that had shade. The bathrooms/ showers were spotless clean. This campground reconciled me with KOA.
