We rented a storage area over the summer to keep my son's dorm room belongings until next year at University of Texas Austin. The security is tight, it is immaculately clean, and managed well. Cameras and security codes everywhere. Honestly, I forgot to register on their website and setup autopay after the first month and instead of waiting for me to be late and billing me a late fee they reminded me by email and I paid up without penalty. Also it's close to the airport so convenient to drop off final stuff on the way out of town or to pick up something on the way in. Very convenient. I would rent here again without hesitation

I'm so very impressed with this new storage facility located across the hwy from Callahan's General Store near the airport! The manager was so extremely nice helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had every bit of information we needed on the storage we were needing for our belongings and she also informed us on every bit of information helping us feel & know that this storage facility is secured extremely well & that our storage belongings are safe! They do have police security on sight & security camera's throughout the facility along with secured gates & codes! It's so very clean & easy to get into your personal facility & prices are good too! On top of all this awesomeness the manager personally does a monthly basket of great goodies raffle for all the storage rentals to show her appreciation which is so kind & specially generous of her! Thank You for all your help Sherry Parrish at Bergstrom Storage! ☺
