This property is absolutely beautiful! Owners were nice. Could use a lot of TLC. Only 1 dumpster in the entire place and there are a lot of contractors so it was always full. Grass needed a good trim. And evidently there is a no leash policy for dogs. Never knew when we were gonna have one show up at our door. Not sure that it deserves “Resort” status But property itself is absolutely stunning.

We have spent the last 2ish years at big buck. The staff is incredible and the owner goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of and feel like home. There are 2 lakes, a shooting range, off road trails for sxs/4wheelers/etc, walking trails (the road around the main lake is just shy of a mile) the pool is great during the summer. Is the park "perfect " to some peoples standards? Probably not but for us, we had a spot with barely anyone by us and we were left alone 🤷‍♀️ it was peaceful, we could walk our dogs in peace and I felt comfortable letting my children play outside or at the playground by themselves. And yes, when the owner sae my son doing what boys do, she just reached out to let me know 😅. They host different events during the year and we could not have asked for a better "home" the last 2 years. Leaving my husband said "I wish we could just take big buck with us everywhere" I know we are not going to find another place quite like big buck and we have been spoiled terribly 😅😅

Quiet, open campground. We stayed in tents, so unsure how the cabins are. I came here a lot as a kid and loved it. It seems to now be mostly full of long term campers & RVs which ruins the experience a bit. Felt like staying in a trailer park. The lake is beautiful and the kids had fun fishing (tho it is only catch and release). The club house was locked even tho it is listed as an amenity (pool table, etc). Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place was great, especially if I was traveling with family. Great place to walk the puppy. The people were very nice. Sites were a little on the lacking not very level. Sewers were very far away. I had to use two lines to hook up. But I had great walks with puppy.

We were here on Coast to Coast. First of all this is a beautiful RV PARK. That being said it could be awesome but it isn't. The lodge building and some of the cabins are getting really run down from the sun. Doesn't look like anyone has bothered to keep this park up in years. Second the roads are a disaster. Full of huge pot holes that haven't been tended to in a very long time. Third,, the speed limit in the park is 10 mph. Everyone drives through.if Here at speeds of up to 30 mph. The gun range and pool are a plus but both are very crowded and hard to get in to. The so called lodge and clubhouse have nothing to offer. Finally there are ATVS racing around here from 8 am until 10:30 at night continuously. o offer.
