I absolutely love this place. We have been here a few months and everyone is super nice and Helen is always able to reply right away a s to help the best she can. You can't beat the prices and the location is wonderful. A little out of town but not too far.

My wife & I were very disappointed. The site's roads are badly eroded/rutted. We had to go "off road" to get to our reserved space. The person that took our reservation nor the automated reservation system supplied the door lock codes, in spite of my request to be sited as near to them as possible. I had to call the contact number to get the code & even insist that she give us more than one door code in case the one first given was already in use. Even though there is a wifi network named PittsburgRV5 appearing on my devise the contact told me there is no wifi service and therefore she had no password. The electric power was not correct according to our surge protector (error code stated improper grounding) so we had to run our generator all afternoon and night in order to have A/C! June in Texas!!! We will not return to this facility and will advise our fellow RVers to avoid it.

Absolutely adore this quiet and quaint RV community. Regardless if you stay 1 night, 1 week, or 1 year, everyone is so nice. The dog park is the best I have seen at an RV park in the area. The park host is so kind and accommodating. We enjoy using the pavilion and on site laundry and bath house. We have get togethers and you make friends. I would recommend it to anyone.

I really enjoy the beautiful scenery and park ambiance with all the trees. If you need a shower or do laundry, the facilities are clean and really nice. The residents and host are very nice and it's a little community. The dog park is big and well maintained. I really enjoy living here. Steve Hone

The owner is very rude and is bias. Constantly harassing my husband over a post he put on trip advisor. This place has roaches and.you soon will get them if you stay. They do have a security system if that's what you want to call it. The security system is the owner watching you with her night vision binoculars. If you leave your door unlocked they will just help themselves into your place. They have dead trees with limbs falling. If damage occurs they will not pay for it. The owner has spent plenty of money to improve her area only. They don't honor anything they claim and nothing is up to date. I would not recommend staying here even if it for an hour.
