Over priced and when I found something cheaper . They refused to return my deposit $150.00 for electricity I didn't even stay there . 😒

We visited Tallahassee this weekend for the opening weekend of college football. We were pleasantly surprised at how close this park was to the field. It was a 20 minute uber ride. Very clean bath house and sites were very well kept. Definitely will stay here again next time we are up this way.

So much happier here. I was at Gulf Breeze a few months, definitely a huge step up here. I feel safe, its clean and no homeless coming out of the woods. Candy has been a great manager so far for me.

We stayed the week of New Years Eve. From the second we arrived all the staff members were very helpful to make sure we had everything we needed, were settled in and was aware of the amenities the park had to offer. The full timers were so friendly every time we walked around the park and invited us to their bingo nights and new years eve party. You can tell everyone takes great pride in their community and are welcoming whether you are staying one night or one year! The laundry room was clean and updated. The pool had just reopened and was a great way to spend an afternoon! Thanks to everyone for a great stay!

It is on the smaller side of the RV parks we've stayed in (the smallest being about 12 sites in someone's smallish, wet backyard 😜, for overnight) but the office, clubhouse, pool, laundry, etc. are very well maintained. And the staff all very, very cordial and helpful. It's also priced very well, a good buy. Definitely a place we'll return to.
