This RV park is probably the most well maintained, cozy, family oriented Park I've ever been too! The property is gorgeous and the management is great! 🫶🏽👌🏽 I would highly recommend and plan to visit again in the future!

Quiet and well kept. Friendly helpful staff. Large C&R fishing pond. Clean private showers and laundry. Convenience store 5 minute walking distance. With large truck parking. 15 minutes to Joplin or Neosho. I like it here..

Beautiful scenery.shower room's and laundry room very clean and prices to wash and dry is awesome when on budget. One employee really stinks out. That would be management. She is very friendly and knows her job very well. The scenery and management alone is what would bring me back. Only problem i had was would have loved to see more flowers or plants or maybe benches near lake. Ohhh and i can't forget the geese and ducks. They make it peaceful also.So if your looking for a peaceful getaway. I really recommend.

The management is awful!! I was there to visit my mother on several occasions, on set occasions I found management to be rude, also very dramatic as the police came to the park two times because two different men beat The current manager who is a female up. The park in itself is a very nice place however, it is under extreme incompetent management and most definitely not professional management.

I would not recommend this park for full-time living, wow it is still under current management! I found most staff to be rude and foul. The parking itself is a great place location wise I suppose, but dealing with current management is a joke. I can post text messages of the way. She talks to her tenants if someone would like.

I love it here at this park. It's nice quiet and the shower house is nice and clean and you can get a wheelchair in there if needed and the laundry room is nice and convenient. The manager Ladonna Weeks try's her best to get things done around here.

If you want to live at a rv park, it would be a pretty decent place. Pretty location, easy in and out, and amazing concrete pads, but it’s not the best place for passing thru rvs. The price was high, there were run down trailers all around with the owners sitting around watching us pull up in our 42ft motorhome, and the grass was terribly in need of being cut when we arrived! Not the most comforting place for a passerby to stay, and definitely not worth the $60 price tag! I gave it a 3 star simply because of the ease of pulling in and their great concrete pads.

Easy location off the freeway (there is some noise, but it's not overwhelming). Friendly folks. Decent price. Wifi is okay (I clocked about 4mps). Sites are a good size. My site was quite sloped. Had to have my front wheels way off the ground on my motorhome.
